They were one of the only daycares that could take them over night. So I used them thinking that they would be asleep any way. The baby room is like cages in the wall. They litertally place your child inside a crib in the wall. I once arrived early to find that my baby was in one screaming. They were just ignoring him. I was assured they did not allow babies to scream and that he had just started. However I know the redfaced look of my child that had been screaming for a while. I had been assured when my kids started daycare that they would never just ignore the screaming of my child. My children came home dirty quite often and it never felt like they were changed enough. Then when I lost my job due to an illness, I let the people at the front desk know we would not be using them anymore. They acted like that was all I needed to do. Now Five years later I am being hounded for over FIVE THOUSAND dollars, because apparently I signed a contract that stated I needed to give a 30 day written notice and I will apparently recieve more fees if I dispute this claim. I have never ever had a daycare require that they need thirty day written notice. However if I signed a contrac,t that I honestly do not remember signing, I suppose I should have read it more carefully. Honestly, however, it feels like quite the scam. Paying for childcare that I never recieved, even though I know at the time they had open spots. If you chose to take your child to this daycare, make sure you read the contract well, also expect your child to not get enough sleep, to be ignored, come home with dirty faces, and not get enough diaper changes. Frankly when I finally left this daycare and got a day time job, I was relieved to leave. Oh and if you look at all the responses that this daycare has created to their reviews, You will see just what kind of facility they are. What kind of buisness responds like that? They have horrible reviews for a reason.

HIDDEN CHARGE Day Care! They will scrape and pinch every penny they can out of you, and lie to do it. There is on one there to accept your childcare payment on weekends, and if the month begins on a fir/sat or sun they will charge you a $40 late fee because no one was there to take your money. When I paid early they still charged me a $40 late fee because they "miss calculated how much I owe them" and I didnt make the full payment on time. then they kept charging me for "Using there Diapers" when I brought them a package of diapers for my child she still had a cubby full of her own diapers that I had brought in, and no one could tell me why they used there own diapers when my daughter clearly had her own. They refused to speak to me about it, and wouldnt wave the fee. They also never asked me for my social security number when I registered my daughter, I came in one day and could hear the owners complaining about it and saying htey were going to charge me $500 when they saw me they ran into there office and pointed and whispered about me. they will never say anything to your face, and they will hide and run in there office if you ever confront them. I had to get an attorney because I removed my child from there day care, and they still tried to charge me for the next month which she was never there for. they close the business a the drop of a hat with no notice for stupid things like the owners daughters wedding, and for every holiday, leaving the working parent screwed with no child care;They stand and smoke in front of the childrens play ground. and the worst is when H&R block filed my taxed they called Tilly time for a receipt of all my child care, The Owners son in law refused to give it to them he said that tax p preparers are too stupid to know about the child care tax write off.

I was not impressed with this place. I picked my son up a few times and he had wet himself and sat in it all day until it dried even though he had a change of clothes there. They were very rude about the whole thing and they do not watch the children very well. I am currently looking for new daycare for one of my other children and will never put my other son through that. In response to the comment below how dare you call me a liar, he was left all day in wet clothes. Why else would all of his clothes smell of pee. He was not in diapers at the time so I dont know why the two hour diaper change would apply to me or my son. Yes it did take me a while to write a review on here but that is because I have just recently started looking for day care again. Back then I didnt know they had this review thing on here. I will never forget my horrible experience from this place. I was also not denied because I didnt have the money. My son did go there for about a month. I can show you the receipts I have from there still, they are dated 11-24-2010 and 12-06-2010. Stop trying to make that center look so good by badmouthing the good people that are on here trying to warn others of bad experiences. I am not saying do not take your children there I am just saying if you do just watch out for these types of things. I think you should do more research before calling someone a liar.

Literally the most inappropriate owner Ive ever dealt with. This establishment should be shut down. My child told me that the cook smacked him in the back of the head and owner had the audacity to call my child a liar. Additionally she brought up personal family matters on my voice mail that is more inappropriate than I can even say. I am floored that this place still has its doors open. RUN as far as you can! The owner is a crazy woman! Look at how she has an excuse for every bad review on here. And how she brings up peoples personal situation. Debbie Tilly you are a nut job and belong in a mental institution where you can be far away from children. Shame on you for the way you run your business and treat the children! Response to owner: Proving my point. Sharing personal information over the the Internet and offering for people to listen in on recorded calls is illegal. Youre breaking so many laws. Defemation of character, slander, and the privacy act. Your rating on Bbb is irrelevant and no one is buying it. As you can clearly see you have way more complaints online. What complaints have you resolved? None. You continue to slander people people who care about the well being of their children. Parents beware!

My son was taken to this daycare center for a month before we decided to take him out. There were many things we notices. The biggest thing was he was always sick when in the daycare. A lot of the kids were sick (infant section) and for that entire month he was never not sick. He had a cold, pink eye (the boogery eyes), etc. In a weeks time we also had to replace his wipes three times because his other wipes disappeared. I also took notice that they did not wash their hands or their toys when going from baby to baby. I know this can be hard but when you have so many kids to keep from getting them sick this is important. The gals there were very nice but there were times when I would drop him off and the person there at that time could not speak very well English and when I would ask her a question they could not understand me or the answer to my question was something completely different than what I asked. We took our son to another daycare center and since leaving Tilley Time he has not gotten sick once.
