I thought the daycare was great and used them for many years. I wish I would have listened to my son more about the poor lack of supervision and guidance he received while in the care of this facility. He was hurt pretty badly with broken teeth and a scarred face from an incident where he fell off a scooter. The directors response was he was "doing something he shouldnt have been doing." Well at age 6 and 7 that is what you pay the daycare for is supervision to not allow your child to do things that could harm themselves. After they promised the insurance for the center would pay the dentist and doctor bill, they didnt after months and months. Rhonda promised me they got rid of the scooters it happened on to prevent it happening to other children in the future. I trusted them and kept him going there even after the incident. Only to go to pick up my son and see him riding on the very scooters I was ensured "NO KIDS would be using." So state law doesnt require helmets for little square scooters an inch off the ground. So I guess the director lied and kept allowing them to be used. Who cares if more kids break their teeth right? They ended up reimbursing me for the dentist bill approximately 6 months after the incident. I had to first sign a paper that I wouldnt sue them. If I wouldve known that he would have a scar on his face for the rest of his life, and they didnt uphold to their promises... I wouldnt trust this place with my kids ever again! Hopefully if you use the place your kids wont get hurt. I wouldnt plan on it though.

I LOVE this center!! I have worked in child care for almost 14 years. Hands down, ABC Great Beginnings is the best Ive ever worked with, and my kids have attended here since they were little itty bitty. My kids absolutely love going here, their teachers have always gone the extra mile to connect with them, notice something special about them to tell me about and help us feel loved and welcomed. This center is really big, but there are a LOT of great teachers who love the kids with all their hearts, and it really shows! Its super clean, and has a ton of cool activities and special events for the kids. The upper management loves their staff like they are family, and goes out of their way to show appreciation for them. Its a really hard job and not everybody is well suited for working with kids, but ABC works really hard to educate and train their teachers so they can be the best quality care givers that they can possibly be. I work at this center so I know for a fact that a lot of the negative reviews here are inaccurately represented or even flat out not true. Fortunatly, intelligent people can judge for themselves, so if you are looking for quality child care, come to the center and see for yourself how awesone it is!

AWFUL! I PERSONALLY WENT HERE AT IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST DAYCARES EVER AND TRUST ME, IVE BEEN TO MANY! THE MAIN STAFF WAS A BUNCH OF TEENAGERS THAT DIDNT CARE WHAT WENT ON. MY LITTLE BROTHER AND I WERE ALSO LEFT AT SCHOOL MANY TIMES TO THE POINT WHERE WE WERE HOPING WE DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT IN THE DYING HEAT OR FREEZING WEATHER FOR THE BUS. SPEAKING OF THE BUSES, EVERY DAY WE WERE ON THE BUS FOR PROBABLY 50 MINUTES OR MORE TO CUT DOWN DRIVER AND BUS COSTS. WELL I HOPE THEY SAVED A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE MY BROTHER AND I OFTEN GOT OF THE HOT OR FREEZING( NO HAPPY MEDIUM) BUS FEELING NAUSEOUS OR INCREDIBLY SICK. WE WAITED BY THE CLOCK HOPING OUR MOTHER WOULD GET OFF EARLY AND QUICKLY PICK US UP. THE "CLASSROOMS" WERE OVERFLOWING TO THE POINT WHERE THERE WAS 80 PLUS CHILDREN IN ONE ROOM WITH MAYBE THREE TEACHERS. WHEN MY MOM SAID WE MIGHT GO BACK, I JUST ABOUT BUST UP IN TEARS. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO TO THIS HORRENDOUS DAYCARE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This center is bye far the worse center the school age children run the classroom, parents with school age children are better off not paying $1,018.00 a month for having so called childcare for 5 hours a week 4 days a week. Children are keep on the bus with no air conditioning in the warm months for long periods of time 1 hour or more with no breaks. Several times my children were left at school the daycare forgot or didnt pick up when they were supposed to. The behavior of 90% of the children in school age is "OUT OF CONTROL". Parents please listen to your children and their body language both my children would beg and plea to not go I would be there waiting most of the time to pick my children up as soon as they arrived at the center. The staff is very unhappy and unappreciated which shows in the care the children receive. Management has a HUGE turn over as well as the teachers 6 changes in management and 8 in teachers in the room.

My child was the first one at this daycare when it opened a few years ago. They have done an excellent job with their staff, cleanliness of the daycare, feeding nutritious meals to the kids and providing a safe, structured environment for the children. They have gone above and beyond to always notify me as a parent of any incident involving my child. They are professional, efficient and pay close attention to all that goes on around their daycare. I have never doubted for a second that they dont take care of any problems that arise. I have never had an incident go untreated...if anything, they sometimes go overboard to take care of situations that werent even a big deal. I would recommend this daycare and not believe for a second they are not a top notch facility. I fully support them in what they do each day.

No parent wants to pick up there child from school after 5 hours to realize when you bring them home they had dry stool in their diaper it was in there for may be more than a couple of hours. when i called the school they said the had changed her, but didnt so they also lie because she came home with the same 2 diapersi she went with in her backpack. They changed there response to teacher may have overlooked and thought she had, answer was not good enough for me. on top of that i had paid in adavnced and went to pull my child out of school they said that it was non refundable so they now refuse to refund me and and said i have credit, after that experience who wants to leave there child there. other that that it is a clean modern school with lots of friendly kind staf, but experience was horrible

My friends daughter was being sexually harassed by a student at this daycare. The daycare found out, told me, and said they would take care of it. Come to find out they did absolutely nothing about it and it continued every single day for months after they found out! I told them I wanted the boy who was sexually harassing my daughter out of there and they told me it wasnt happening and we ended up being the ones who had to find a new daycare. The people who run this daycare do not care for the welfare of your kids. Steer clear of this daycare! Department of professional licensing has been notified and come to find out, its not the first time!! Stay away from abc great beginnings and good luck on your daycare search.
