I love this place there is a Class for all ages, sex and fitness levels. I personally train here 6 days a week and take up to three classes a day. All the instructors are very personable and motivating. I recommend this place for all beginners looking to get in shape while learning a skill set in whatever martial art that youre interested in. So if youre sick of the treadmill, the monotony of a regular gym or the injuries associated with crossfit, Give IMPACT MMA a shot and you wont be disappointed with the results and the fun you will have!

Ive been a member for about 5 months now and I couldnt be happier. They have a modern facility with high level Instructors. The programs have morning and afternoon times to accommodate most peoples schedules. They are capable of handling a day 1 beginner to an advanced MMA fighter. At age 42 I have been able to get back in the shape I was 20 years ago and have fun doing it. It has done more for me than any traditional weight lifting gym ever has.

Great Jui Jitsu program, dont listen to the victim mentality review above, blames everyone for everything. This gym will reward you if you put in the work and listen to instruction. Have made a good group of friends and really respect my teachers. Good Place.

My all time favorite studio! I have been coming here for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it! It is filled with an amazing staff and their workouts are fun yet challenging. I highly recommend everyone to try Impact MMA. You wont be disappointed! :)

Rude staff and lack of attention to students. I tried a few cardio classes all were horrible. I was a member for a week and canceled. Horrible experience will find a new gym.
