ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! The front office staff are very welcoming and know every child and parent by name and are extremely helpful! The classroom teachers always welcome each child by name with a smile and help them smoothly transition into the classroom. The children are always engaged with each center in the room. The teachers ensure all the students are working together cooperatively and if a concern arises it is address as quickly as possible. A daily lesson plan is available to the parents outside of each classroom so you know what your child is doing throughout the day. As well as a monthly menu of meals and snacks. The school has many opportunities for the parents and families to feel welcome by offering a Christmas party, Grandparents breakfast, making Valentines Day cards together and many more. We feel completely blessed by our child attending Scottsdale Learning Center at Greenway and 64th Street location. The staff has encouraged our child to develop strong social and language skills. Our child has absolutely LOVED all his teachers, who have been nothing but loving, kind, compassionate and caring with him. We HIGHLY recommend SLC to anyone looking for a loving, caring environment with a well balance academic approach to early childhood education!

I have given a two star rating because the facility is really good and I have to give credit where it is due. We have had a pretty bad experience with this particular location and I get the feeling that they are promoting their Raintree location. We were pretty upfront that we were going on a vacation in August and had informed the school management as well during the admission process. They said a deposit would hold the spot. Please note that we even offered to do a monthly payment just to hold the spot but they said this deposit would be enough. We were ready to start school in july as well but the school management did say that it would be better to put my son in classes after we came back from vacation. We trusted their word and went on our vacation while they send a mail saying they have reassessed the admission process and will be returning our deposit as there is no vacancy now. Now we are left without any school options for our son and cannot cut short our vacation as well.. This put us in a complete mess of all our plans.

From the moment we walked in the door three years ago the entire staff and wonderful group of teachers at SLC have been tremendous. Ill admit when thinking about a school/day care for our child we were hesitant as to where to go, and as first time parents we were very nervous about choosing into day care in general. Today I write this 5star review with a enormous amount of gratitude to the entire staff at this school. I am certain that the development of our daughter is a direct reflection of the learning centers values, principles, and educational curriculum. They say it takes a village to raise a child, I am happy to say that we chose SLC as our daughters school/day care and "village". SLC Wow what a wonderful place for my child to have been the past four years. Tomorrow is his last day as he will be starting kindergarten on Wednesday. He has learned so much where do I start. Every person that has help guide my son has been so kind and I have been so blessed to have had the peace of mind knowing that they treat each child that way. He has learned so many skills that has help shape a great foundation for learning. If I ever had any concerns they were address always with kindness and answers. I know that the next chapter for my son is going to go smooth because of all he has learned at SLC. I want to thank each and every person that has help shape a positive learning experience for my child. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Best Pre-school EVER! My son started at SLC about a month ago. He loves going to school every day and comes home talking about all of the fun things that they did in class. At his previous daycare he used to cry everyday at drop off and cry if we were not there to pick him up when he expected us. When I drop him off here he runs away and starts playing with this friends. The room 5 teachers are awesome! They are loving, friendly, and so great with the kids. He has learned and grown so much already in the short time he has been there! He comes home singing new songs and talking about all of the things he learned in class each day. I would recommend SLC to everyone.

First let me start by saying that Scottsdale Learning Center is hands down the best Child Care Center in the Valley, it really is not even close. Our two kids just wrapped up their 3rd year there and every single day was a joy for them and for us as parents because we knew that they were in great hands. The owners, directors, teachers, and other staff couldnt not have taken better care of our kids. Everyday our Daugher R and Son G came home with stories that amazed us, as they learned a great deal and were in such a warm, loving, safe, and clean environment. Thank you SLC!! The teachers are amazing, the staff are top-notch – I always feel safe and comfortable leaving my precious son in their care... and for me thats saying a lot! I never leave reviews, but this one is well worth the time and effort. If youre even thinking or considering giving your child to a daycare facility this one is it. I did a ton of research, believe me, more than most I sure. You get a daily report card on nap times and additional information, and I class itinerary for the week. Theyre not just big into education and structure, but loving guidance and appreciation.

The Teachers and Administration actually care about the students, teaching them life skills and character education that will last the children throughout their lives. The focus on learning is outstanding, while a good balance of playful fun is scheduled to help our kids with their social skills. I highly appreciate the open communication with parents, and the effort to keep the parents involved by Facebook, holding monthly events, or by letting us learn with them at their teacher education classes that they offer. I definitley recommend SLC!!

My little guy has been going here Monday thru Friday (FT) for about 6 months, and he loves his teachers! He has been in Infant Room #1 and now #2, and the staff and teachers make us both feel so welcome and at ease. I scoped out two other daycare centers in the area before choosing SLC (which was recommended to me by 3 of my co-worker moms who sent/send their kiddos here), and SLC was my favorite by far. From the moment you walk in, you just feel the warm, loving atmosphere – they truly do care about every child that attends.

A warm, wonderful environment! We just enrolled our second child after an amazing 2-year experience with our first. Throughout all of the classrooms the teachers are welcoming and genuinely interested in each child. Their meals and snacks are always nutritious and kid-appropriate. The management staff welcomes calls throughout the day from parents wanting to check-in. The kids not only get a chance to play and socialize with other children their own age, but learn wonderful foundational material. An amazing experience!
