Both my girls have been attending this daycare for a few years now. My girls love it here. The staff is really nice and caring and if you ever get a chance to meet the owners they will go out of their way to say hi to you and get to know you a bit, they will tell you a bit about themselves as well. Its a very friendly environment. The kids get to attend field trips during the summer. They have a pre k program for the little ones who will be attending kindergarten the year after. Their prices are very affordable. I wouldnt think twice about taking my girls anywhere else. Ms. Marina who is the director does an amazing job making sure that the kids are happy and the parents as well. Ms. Nikki who is the assistant director was actually my oldest daughters teacher a few years ago and my oldest daughter graduated from her pre k class and then my daughter moved on to elementary school and ever since kindergarten my daughter has gotten honor roll. So thank you Ms. Nikki. Ms. Gail has been both of my daughters teacher. Shes compassionate and very sweet. Shes the teacher for the 3 year olds. She gets the kids ready for pre k. And I dont know about you but I find that to be a tough job. And they couldnt have picked a better teacher for that class. Thank you Ms. Gail for all your hard work and dedication. Ms. Erika who is the pre k teacher used to be the after care school teacher for my oldest daughter. Im thankful that my oldest daughter was in Ms. Erikas class because after a long day at work my day was not over yet. But one thing that made it easier for me was that my daughter had her homework finished up to 3 days before it was due. Ms. Erika would sit down with all her kids and help them with their homework every day after school. That to me means a lot. She goes above and beyond for the kids in her class. My daughter came home knowing her numbers in French and she also taught them a little bit of sign language. To bad theres only 5 stars...they definitely deserve more.

Thank you Marcela Odonnell for your review but as you were not actively involved in the situation I would like to clarify the situation. Yes there was and instance where a child was lightly slapped( as reported by Glendale Police Department and Az State Licencing Board) and it was one staff member not multiple. That staff member was fired on spot by myself as I am the Director for this facility I do not tolerate any kind of disrespect or mistreatment to the children in my center. We did everything we could have done to prevent this from occurring with background checks, finger print clearance check, and trainings to educate our staff on developmentally appropriate practices. We however do not cover our childrens faces to put them to sleep we do give them blankets to sleep with and make them feel comfortable putting on soft slow music and patting their backs. To anyone thinking about choosing us as your childcare please come and visit our location and then decide for yourself whether we are the fit for your child care needs

My son has gone here since he was 6 months old. Right now he is in the 2 year old room. We have had a wonderful experience at this school. The teachers take great care of my son; they give him goodbye hugs when I pick him up each day. He LOVES going here and everyday is excited to be dropped off at "his school". There is a wonderful sense of community here. Even though he is in the "Twos Room", all the teachers know him and greet him in the halls. Older children say "hello" to him by name too. The director is amazing. My youngest son is turning 6 months old and will be joining his older brother here. It is SO nice as a mom of young children to feel confident that my kids are safe and loved while I am at work all day. I would highly recommend American Child Care.

Very very horrible staff my friend just picked up his son 2 days ago and they reviewed video surveillance that two of the women smacked him and threw him across the room for trying to take a toy away from another kid not only that they have evidence and proof in the Phoenix Police Department that these people try to put babies asleep while putting blankets over there mouth this place needs to be shut down with CPS and the state and they see the need to go to jail for these horrible crimes they commit to children i will be reporting them to CPS myself Im disgusted with this company
