Best Tutor Time/daycare facility in the Valley! I have a 5 yr old daughter and 2 yr old son. I have a personal preference of homecare until they were 1. When I was looking for my first, I toured/interviewed many daycares and tried out a few around north Mesa (where I lived previously) and Cave Creek and Phoenix and Tempe (where I work) and this is by far the cleanest and safest facility daycare that I have seen. My daughter has been there sinced she was 2 and my son since he was 1. In addition, I feel that the current management is also by far the best I have experienced. I think every daycare goes through its ups and downs while shifting to new management. But honestly, what I have experienced is it absolutely depends on management because they are the ones that hire the best teachers and keep the best teachers. You can tell a good daycare by the way your children react to their environment, and both of mine never want to leave! The teachers are fabulous and truly care for my kiddos. Thank you and keep up the good work Lone Mountain Tutor Time!

The teachers at this location are absolutely wonderful so far. Ms Donna and Ms Roxanna are so great with the kids and my son has learned so much so quickly since starting here. The director has made some comments to me that were a little off-putting in the past. You see, I dont always get off work at the exact same time every day and recently she has pointed that out as if she was almost trying to make me feel bad about it. The I ly other thing I do not like is that this place does not use a mild bleach/water mixture to sanitize toys, etc like most other daycare facilities do and they only clean the toys once a day, at the end of the day so my son got very sick for several months after first starting him here. Granted, it was his first time going to daycare ever so that could be why as well, but what they use to clean toys and the frequency of cleaning the toys leaves much to be desired. That being said, my son is still going here because the pros outweigh the cons.

PLEASE READ FOR YOUR CHILDS HEALTH AND SAFTEY!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! RVIEWS UNDER THIS ARE FROM THE STAFF AND NOT REAL CUSTOMERS!!!! I would give zero stars if i could. We brought our 6 month old daughter for part time daycare and the first day seemed normal with no issues. Day two was not as successful... for starters they only fed her two (2oz) bottles when she should have had 12 (2 oz) bottles. They lost her pacifier somehow. When i showed up to get her she was screaming and had snot dripping out of her nose. This has not happened in 6 months at home. The sickest part is when i called the lady chris answered and completely dismissed my concerns and acted like she could care less. I JUST ASKED HER TO VIEW THE CAMERAS AND SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. She informed me the cameras are for show and dont record... THIS MEANS NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS THERE WILL NEVER BE PROOF!!!!! BE VERY AWARE AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This place is a joke of a child care facility, especially if youre a young mom! Expect them to go over your head with unneeded and unwanted parenting advice whenever a grandparent picks up your child. I asked them to put lotion on my child every time his diaper was changed because he has a skin condition and not only did they NOT do that they tried to make me feel awful for his skin! The director is one of the rudest women I have ever met and knows absolutely nothing about children. They regularly fed him food off his allergy list and when I would get upset they would say its MY fault for not checking the calendar. We switched to Kindercare and could NOT be happier. We pay half as much for more days, they keep up with his lotion & his allergies, and hes just so much happier when hes there. Theres a reason tutor time always has openings and Kindercare has waiting lists.

My son loves going to this school!!! Very positive atmosphere and you can tell all the teachers and directors really care about the school and meeting the needs of the children in their care. Most of the teachers have been at the school for many years, which is very telling that it is a great work environment and they like their jobs. My son is three and has been attending Tutor Time since August. Within that period of time, we have seen an increase in his vocabulary/communications skills, letter recognition etc. He is really learning a lot! We feel very confident that in a few years he will begin Kindergarten very well prepared. I highly recommend this school!!!!

Tutor Time is a great daycare facility. I have a 20 month old that loves the environment and teachers. The care is second to none. The teachers really care about the children. I get a detailed report of the activities everyday. Between outside playtime, song time, arts and crafts and story time, my child is kept very active. The biggest downfall is that sometimes I think he misses all the activity when he is at home. The management is fully involved with the parents and they know all the kids by name. The meals provided vary from week to week allowing my son to try a variation of different food types.

I absolutely love Tutor Time. My daughter has been going there since she was a year and a half and she is now almost 7 years old. She is so smart when she tested into kindergarten she was a head of the game. I love the teachers they are absolutely amazing, sweet, caring, and helpful. They always help you in anyway and answer all your questions. I have never had any issues with any of the staff there. I would recommend and refer anyone to the lone mountain cave creek location. I feel so safe with leaving my daughter there and know she is well taken care of and that is a big deal.

Best place ever with the best teachers! I love the cleanliness of this place and the wholesomeness of the staff. The teachers are great and very personable. I have my daughter here since she was 15 months old, now 3.5 years old and she looks forward to going to school to see her teachers and classmates and attend music and gym class. We know everybody very well and I dont think we will ever trust her care with any other place. Thank you to all the wonderful teachers we really love every hard work you do.

Let me start by saying how great the teachers are at this school. We had one child there for 3 years, and another for one.The issue is the director who cant seem to tell the truth if her life depended on it. From teachers walking out in masses, to putting your child in a class two grades back because they are understaffed this whole operation has some serious issues. Save yourself a lot of time and stress, and cross the Cave Creek Tutor Time off your list.

As a first time mom, I was anxious about leaving my baby at daycare. The infant room is incredible. The teachers (Shannon, Donna and Danielle) truly care about the babies and love their job. Even on a hectic day they still seem to have a routine down and its never chaotic; always calm. I feel at ease knowing my baby is in good hands while Im at work. This place is clean as well. I couldnt say anything bad about this place, it is amazing!!
