Horrible company!! I have been trying to cancel for months and they give me a policy each time. I was told I had to cancel in person and pay a $35.00 cancellation fee even though I explained that I moved and there was not a youfit location anywhere near my new home. They said they would email or fax the form to cancel, but they never sent it nor did the rep notate my account. Finally, today I was back in town to visit family and went to this location to cancel. The lady Cindi started out being very nice and understanding, she even agreed that the person I had talked to on numerous occasions to cancel did not tell me the truth about cancelling. Then, she said I had to pay to cancel. I said I shouldnt have to as I have been trying to cancel for months. She proceeds to argue with me. Over 10 dollars. I give up and pay the 10 bucks. I had to ask for a confirmation that my account was cancelled! Maybe she didnt think Id read the form because it said I was responsible to pay another month! She did not disclose this information to me before I signed the electronic pad when she ran my card. At this point I demanded to surreal to a manager. His name is Jebeddiah. I asked for either a refund of my 10 bucks or to have them waive the 15 monthly fee. He said he didnt understand why I didnt understand the cancellation policy because it is so simple. In short, he refused to do anything except be a condescending jerk. While Cindi glared at me from over his shoulder. When asked for the number for corporate, I received an email address and was told there is no number. How is this company still in business?????? These people lie to get your money.

I wish I didnt have to check in through a person everytime I walk into the gym. Seeing the same person at the front desk every morning and asking them to check me in is awkward.Its a constant reminder that I am in a public gym . I would rather just scan my card and walk in to work out then leave. I have felt discouraged to go to the gym because i hate having to check in through somebody. Also, there ARE startup fees. i got charged like 25 dollars to start because of "processing fees". Then a few months later they told me i had to pay 40 dollars start up fees. the start up fees are just delayed for a couple months , its false advertising and I dont want to pay it because i feel like i was lied to.

I got a membership because I was told there would be no start-up fees on the day I signed up, theres no membership (i.e. just month-to-month), and there are no extra gym fees or anything of the sort. Well, to my surprise, two months in, I got a $29.99 "annual gym fee." Next, when I try to cancel the membership because of this blatant deceit, Im told that its a $25 "processing fee." Are you kidding me? And according to the girl on the phone, the best they can do is lower it to a $10 processing fee. Neglecting to tell a customer about fees and surprise charges should be made up on the part of the -business- NOT the customer. BE WARNED!

Excellent service. Questionable billing practices. The facilities are nice, clean, and not crowded. I enjoyed working out there. The billing practices are NOT so nice. I do not complain about the rate, but their methods are a little questionable. The agreement requires a 30 day notice to cancel--no problems there. I went in 35 days ahead of time. I was then informed that I would be paying through the next two months. I was then told I had to either pay the full amount they claimed I owed or nothing (I legitimately owe $10). Do not use unless you are a lawyer who deals with contracts.

Good gym, shady billing. The facility is nice and I had a personal trainer for 12 weeks who was great. However, they continued to charge me long after the 12 weeks, made me pay for 2 months after I brought it to their attention and asked to cancel, and charged me a $25 cancellation "processing fee". Not to mention the $45 annual fee that hit my account, and the fact that my $10 a month membership jumped to $15. It seems they punish you more the longer you are a member. Be warned, the monthly fee is only the beginning of what youll be forced to pay.

Been going here for years now, the price is right, the machines are well maintained, overall atmosphere is good, its kept in clean conditions, the staff is friendly most of the time.... most of the time ... sometimes you get the "i wish I wasnt here" kind but I guess that happens everywhere.

Riddled with hidden fees. $10 monthly fee increases to $15 after a year, PLUS the $40 sign-up fee and $40 annual fee. When I told the staff that these fees were not disclosed on the own website (which is false advertising), I was given a shrug. Management couldnt have cared less.

My sister has a membership here, she brings me as a guest. The employees are always very friendly, and there is someone constantly cleaning the place. It never smells, and the people in general that go here seem nice. You definitely cant beat it for the price either!

Be careful what you sign with these. I canceled my membership 2 months ago and they keep billing me on top of that I get a smart mouth on the phone when I ask about the fees. So on top of already getting charged they charge again to cancel. What a joke.

I love this gym. Only ten bucks a month. 20 bucks and you can bring a friend anytime. Super clean, plenty of room to move around, never feels crowded, great machines, friendly staff and green on top. Thanks for making it a great place to be staff!!!

I love this gym! The staff is always friendly when you arrive. Its super clean, huge variety of equipment, and if something isnt working properly they fix it fast. The best part is the $10/month! Who wouldnt want to join?!

Not sure why the low ratings. I love this gym. It is always immaculate, all the machines work great. Trainers and employees are nice and helpful. I have no problem with scanning my keycard upon entry, it takes 2 seconds.

The staff are not knowledgeable of the gyms own policys and fail at customer support and services. Sad to see a good location go to waste. Would like to see some new management, maybe someone with people skills.
