When the lady Rochelle called to book the delivery everything was fine. I received no phone call from the man Danny who delivered the product. When he arrived he REFUSED to put the boxes into the yard, which I was told could be done. He was RUDE, UNHELPFUL, BELLIGERENT and clearly ANNOYED. He worked for CEVA and in my opinion is in the wrong job. He did eventually put the stuff in the yard after Rochelle spoke to him, but most people would NOT have called him on this behavior. I hope to avoid this company in the future if this is the type of people they employ.

CEVA is the worst logistics company. My supplier continues to use them for emergency shipments and pick ups. They miss every commitment and their drivers never call if there is a problem. They just leave. The website is not updated real time and it always requires a call and manual intervention. My shipments never make it on time. We have escalated every situation to their VP and nothing ever improves. When Im told CEVA is doing the pick up the only thing I can count on is a missed shipment.

I am an eCommerce businessowner and I called in to verify a pick up for 3 pallets from Phoenix to Dallas. They hung up the phone twice after waiting 15 minutes, AFTER already paying for freight. Terrible customer service.
