On November 28, 2016, my company, Petro Logistics, LLC, of Kirkwood, MO, contracted with Freight Tec of Bountiful Utah to handle a shipment of freight from Centralia, Illinois to Pacific, Missouri. The driver reached the shipping location on 11/28/2016 at 2:45pm. Driver was told it would be quite a while before they could load him. Jordan Winkler of Freight Tec was notified of this immediately and Petro Logistics, LLC stayed in contact with Mr. Winkler until the close of the day at 5pm. I spoke with Mr. Winkler at approximately 5pm and asked for an afterhours number in case there were any issues that evening getting loaded. Jordan said their phone was answer 24/7. Several calls were placed to Mr. Winkler between 6pm and 8pm and phone was never answered. When it was finally my drivers turn to load, at approximately 8pm, he was informed by the dock manger Chuck, and the dock worker, Annette that they did not have a load there for him, that the load was gone. It was at this point that my driver left the facility. Freight Tec Management Group, Inc. sent Petro Logistics, LLC a rate confirmation in the amount of $250 for a truck ordered not used. The following day, Mr. Jordan Winkler informed Petro Logistics, LLC that they would not be paying the truck ordered not used. Due to this, I must now file on their Property Brokers Surety Bond for the amount of $250.

Freight Tec is a great company. Great experience with different agents. But their is one agent by name of SCOTT ASHBY... Please save your time and nerves from this person. He doesnt know what his doing, provides false info on loads and etc.. He is a complete mess. And then if you ask him to compensate just with a TONU, he will respond like this -- "If this isnt the last time I hear from you Ill assume you are trying to harrass me and I wont have it. Ill be mentioning this in my complaint with all the other formentioned complaints in my other email if I hear from you anymore. This is extremely unprofessional and I wont stand your conduct any further. Please take my warning seriously, we are done now."

Last week we did 3 loads with this company. One from SLC to Cali, One form Houston to Cali and one from Louisiana to SLC. The brokers where awesome. I had all the Info right away on all my loads and they checked in every day. I am now in direct contact with my broker and we are setting up many more shipments for the coming week. I have recommend Freight-Tec to all my contacts in the trucking industry.
