Prices are WAY expensive!! Make sure if you are doing ANY copies that you have the file in PDF format. Also, make sure you dont need to email them any files to have them print. Bring in a flash drive otherwise you are stuck paying a COMPUTER access fee even if you dont go on the computer. There is no signs ANYWHERE telling you that there is a computer access fee to get on their computer of to email them your file and have them print it. You WILL be nickled and dimed for everything!! Most of the young students/college kids that work there are not great with customer service. They are snooty and rude. The manager is RUDE as well. We argued over the computer access fee. I told her I was not paying it as the printers would not recognize my external hard drive/flash drive. They said to email it to them and they would print it for me. They said NOTING about a computer access fee and still tried to charge me the fee when it was their copiers/printers that had a problem!! I finally got them to waive the fee. Overall it is not worth it unless you have your file saved as a PDF and on a flash drive and have NO ISSUES printing it yourself. If you are sending anything in the mail or need a file printed from an email, something faxed, or anything else you will be RAPED with the prices and degraded by the poor customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Went in the store to send 2 packages. When I handed the manager there (Mike) the PRINTED OFF names and addresses he could not type in the correct name. The address on the first label was right but the name was off. Had to do it 3 times before we decided to switch to the 2nd package and handle that one first. He spelled that name correctly and we went back to the 1st package to try for a 4th time! He finally got the name right and we sent the packages. A week later I received a call from my customers telling me that they received the wrong packages! It almost feels like he messed the addresses up on purpose because there is no way you can screw up like that without trying! When I called him to tell him the mistake he made he said there was nothing he could do. I then spoke with the owner to try and clear things up and all he did was say how great Michael was and that there was nothing they could do unless I paid more money. Worst UPS store Ive ever been too. Will more than likely switch to FedEx or the post office for all my business shipping because of this store and this experience.

We sent in an image through their site for one color copy to see how the image would turn out. It turned out good, so we sent it in again to complete the project for a $16 bill. This time the pictures quality was shadowed and fuzzy and the colors were a little off. We went back in to see if they would redo it. They made the copies again and they turned out, but then proceeded to tell us it would be another $16! We asked why we were being charged again as we had just paid for images that were messed up. They said they would take 10 cents off per image. Why are you making us pay again, when your machine messed up? Okay, they then settled for half off! We should have just said fine we dont want them, but we needed them. Where I work, if our machine messes something up, we take care of the customer. Definitely not going back! Agree with prior review, customer service is just not there. Better luck going somewhere else.

I have had some troubles with this UPS over the years. But, within the last 3 months I have come in between 6pm-6:30 to find the registers closed and the employees cleaning up. They say they cant help me because theyve closed the registers. The hours on your business are 8:30-6:30pm. I dont understand. Then, I go tonight to drop off a large group of packages at 5:55pm and the whole store is closed, lights off. I dont understand, do you not value business and customers? I will be traveling 25 minutes to a different location from now on.

The worst place to do business at. $21.00 bill to send two small bubble envelopes with tracking!!!!! Manager was extremely rude, AGAIN! Not the first time! She hung up on me over the phone! I have reported this place of business with ripoff reports and BBB. Careful going in there. Stay away for this place and drive to a different location! Trust me youll save more in the long run even with gas prices the way they are!

Great People here that handle a lot of business. Customer Service is top notch. Willing to take time out to explain things to you and all your options. The Manager Colleen is one of the nicest, kindest and all around best ladies in the world. I fully trust them with my shipping and printing needs.

Im giving two stars because the kid was helpful. They did not know how to scale a picture. They were unable to print a picture at its true size. They said I would have to bring the picture in as a PDF if I wanted it to be printed properly.

I went in 5 min before closing and they wouldnt help me, they said they had already closed down there tills. It was two younger girls and they were not friendly at all. What I was there for wouldnt have taken longer than two min.

6:26pm and the security gates are up. Employees walking out as I enter. Posted open till 630. Was rudely told they wont accept the package and that they always close up early. Thanks for always being terrible.

I also experienced great customer service here. I was just sending a package back- hadnt sealed it or addressed it, and they took care of everything in a few seconds at no charge.
