My experience wasnt very good. I booked with Yani and received a call that she had to cancel. Her son was home sick, which I understood. It was late notice tho, a couple hours before my appointment. I was leaving for San Fran the next day and was going to celebrate my birthday. I asked the receptionist what options I had and she gave me a name of another stylist who could see me. I asked how long she had been doing hair because I was growing out a bad haircut from a stylist that how been working for 4 years and didnt seem to have enough experience. She said this girl had been cutting hair for 10 years. I got there and took one look at her and knew she hadnt been cutting hair that long. I asked her how old she was and she said 24. I asked her how long she had been cutting hair and she said 5 years and she stated that she started beauty school in high school. She was a very pretty girl and very sweet, I was just looking for someone with more experience. The manager came out and told me she could do a consult but at this point it was the stylists option if she wanted to do my hair or not. I thought she was rather rude. Im sure she thought I was by making a point about her age. The thing is, I specifically asked how long the girl had been doing hair and was lied to on top of dealing with a cancellation. I also mentioned that I didnt see her bio on their website and she explained that she had only been there for 8 months. I could have been saved the drive had they just been honest to begin with. I think the managers job should have been damage control but she just had attitude. Wont be back.

Definitely must try Salon. The Free Cut with Color is great New Client Special. Its been hard for me to find Stylist that I like. There is so many "rental" Salon around here. Call me highmaintenance but I like someone to call me to confirm my appt. I seem to forget everything. As I scheduled my first appointment the receptionist, Penny ask me if I would like email or text reminders, I was thrilled. When I came to the Salon I was offered water, coffee or mini pastry, nice touch great with coffee. Im very picky and after reading many reviews I decided to give Yani a try. First of all her prices are pretty reasonable for being the owner with 15 years of experience I thought. She also listens to everything I have to say which was really nice. Ive never had Stylist talk me out of Color before Yani but Im so glad that I took her advise. Instead she added peak of color with my natural color which is much less maintenance. She actually listened to my lifestyle and budget demands and recommended style and color that accommodates everything. I really enjoy working with my natural color instead of coloring it as I initially thought that was a good idea. Yani is very honest and friendly. It was hard to get an appointment with her and she even covered that before I left. She assured me that I can count on any Stylist @ Flirt Salon as they all have to do technical interviews to get job there. I am very happy to have found this Salon and I highly recommend it. It was AWESOME!!! No words to express how grateful I am that I called Flirt Salon on a Sunday mid morning, hoping that someone would be available for a haircut. It just so happens, the owner, Yani, was working today so I was able to get in for a haircut, that includes so much more than just that. Yani took the time to talk to me about my hair, gave me a nice, relaxing hand / arm massage, warm towel on forehead, and a deep hair treatment all before even washing and cutting my hair. I never have time for me, but needed a haircut so bad, and cannot say enough how great it was to have Yani do my hair today. I know it was only a few min of a massage but when I dont ever get one, or have the time for one, this was so relaxing. Like a breathe of fresh air. I have been going there since this summer and so happy I found this salon. They really do care about the customer and doing what they can to make you feel right at home. I honestly cannot wait to have Yani do my highlights, I am already excited for the upcoming appt. Take the time to try this salon, you will not be sorry. Thanks Yani for your unbelievable kindness and care today.

I just walked by and decided to get a Haircut. First impression...everyone I saw checking out seemed happy. Then nice unexpected scalp massage, then unexpected hand massage and best cut I had in a very long time. I definitely recommend this salon. There was no pressure to buy anything. The product they use was nice and light in my hair and my style lasted for the rest of the day. I did added on their UV treatment because my hair been feeling dry, they only charged me $20 extra for the treatment. Upon checking out I was asked if I would like to book my next appt. and save $5 also a nice option to have. My stylist name was Priscilla and I already have my next appt. set up. They have a great new client special. In addition to saving $ as new client I have also received sample of their shampoo and conditioner. Flirt Salon really is a nice place to get your hair done. I think it is not a chain and you can tell whoever owns it really cares about how clients get treated. I was set up with auto email confirmations / reminders of my appt. and even a text appt. reminders witch is very helpful.

I see Yani, the owner, every 6-8 weeks and will continue to do so until she retires! Ive had many a hair stylist before her, and no one ever took care of my hair as well as she does. Besides the fact that the products she uses (Alterna) are great for pampering my hair, she trims it impeccably and I always love the shape. I also love changing up the color of my hair every few months. Just "a little blonde" or "a little darker at my roots". She brought me to the platinum all over that I wanted this past February and now Ive got long healthy ombre color. Shes always strait forward about how my hair will react to whatever Im requesting and makes sure that we keep it healthy and vibrant looking. We use a deep condition occasionally and a toner when my blonde gets brassy. Im very picky and have been disappointed a lot in the past, but since seeing Yani about two years ago Ive been content and in love with my hair. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a long term, fully invested and experienced stylist!

This salon is absolutely fabulous! After numerous bad experiences with color I was a little scared to try somewhere new, I called flirt salon mostly for information and that is exactly what I got! Even from the very beginning the receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable enough to answer all of my questions. Feeling reassured, I made my appointment. From the moment I entered the salon I knew it was a Hoff decision. the decor is beautiful (I loved the mirrors!) Every one in the salon looked to relaxed. My stylist greeted my promptly and even offered me coffee and a mini brownie! She was very attentative to all of my hair needs and concerns and was even able to make some helpful recommendations. I was very impressed by the hand massage during the shampoo! When I was all finished I didnt want to leave the salon! But I loved my sassy new cut and color. So cute! I will definitely be back to flirt salon and I will recommend anyone who will listen to do the same!!
