This salon is so cute! I enjoy being there and the girls are very nice. I wish I had a better experience. I had my hair done by Sarah. She is adorable and a very sweet person that I like being around, but I feel that when it came to my hair she could have been much better at communicating. She also was texting throughout doing my hair which made me nervous that she wasnt being attentive. The first time I went in to get my hair blonde (I am a brunette naturally), it didnt turn out at all how I had hoped it would. Sarah was so nice to let me come back in to fix it for free which was so nice, but she tried a new product on me that was a "silver" blonde. The job was also not very thorough both times (There were blotches of bleach throughout), Because I have copper tones in my hair, my hair ended up grey, green, and copper stripes. I tried to get in with her again to get it fixed and offered to pay for it but she wouldnt respond to me. I thought it was unprofessional to leave a client very unsatisfied and not even respond. I was always kind to her. I understand that hair wont always look exactly how you want, but if that is the case I feel its the stylists job to explain what they are doing with your hair and to do what they can to help you leave happy especially when you spend $170+. I went to another salon and the stylist was able to easily fix my hair just by communicating. All in all, its a cute salon and I would still recommend it, but I hope that the owners make sure that their stylists are communicating with clients and being professional.

The salon was very cute and everyone there was really nice. I was super excited to get my hair colored and new extensions because they are a "blonde/hair extension salon", however I am not pleased with the outcome of my hair. I went there asked to just touch up my roots and maybe do more of a lighter blonde. During the process they foiled my whole head with bleach and it was burning it felt as if my head was melting, it was really abnormally warm. I have never had that happen before. I did mention this to the stylist and asked if it was normal and she said yes. She washed it and styled it. About 2 days later I was washed my hair for the first time and noticed my hair was falling out more than the normal. As I was brushing my hair lots of hair was just falling out. I was almost in tears. As I was looking throughout my hair I noticed A LOT of damage to my hair. My hair was perfectly healthy and now my hair is left severely damaged. I have bleached my hair and colored it blonde many times before and have never had this issue. I am very disappointed because I spent $110+ just for the color.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to get my hair more blonde. The stylist that did my hair is awesome but when I was put under the heat lamp it was SO HOT IT BURNED 14 INCHES OF HAIR OFF!!!!!!!! From my understanding Im not the only one that this has happened to. When I reached out to Jessica (the salon owner) she was extremely rude and not very willing to help me. I tried meeting with her several times and she declined because she was "to busy" and felt that "this problem could be delt with over the phone" She did offer extensions (the cheapest out for her) but when I explained I wasnt interested in extensions she told me I was being hard to work with and "at least we gave you a free hair cut" YES. A FREE HAIRCUT TO MY CHIN, TO CUT OFF ALL MY BURNED FALLING OUT HAIR !!! It took me five years to grow out and now it is GONE! Do NOT go here unless you want severely SEVERELY damaged hair ! I wish I could add pictures to show the mess I was in.

JZ Styles is amazing! I used to go from salon to salon and now I wont go anywhere else! Ive had my hair done by three of the stylists here now. They go out of their way to make sure you leave feeling beautiful every time! I came here to get my hair done for my wedding and Sarah could tell I was stressed about being ready in time so she even helped me with my makeup! The staff here is fun and friendly and I wont trust my hair with anyone else! I love it here!!

I have had my hair done by 2 of the stylist at JZ Styles! They are both so kind! They listen to what you are wanting to have done with your hair. They take care of you while you are getting your hair done with drinks, food and great company. The place is so cute and homey! I would highly recommend getting your hair done here! The owner along with the stylist want to make you happy and enhance your beauty! Best Salon!

The best! Jessica is the sweetest best hair lady I know. I remember I messed my hair up from trying to dye it with a store bought box color (bad idea my hair was ORANGE) and she knew I was poor and in college so she fixed my hair; made it look beautifully blonde for no charge!!! She is sooo sweet and really cares about her clients. Definitely reccomend coming here.

If you sit in Kaeli Romneys chair you will leave looking and feeling like a goddess. I am super picky with my hair (as I am sure all of us girls are) and with out fail I always leave looking better than I imagined PLUS she has the best prices. If youre looking for a trendy, cute salon with friendly staff this is your place. I found JZ Styles on Instagram, risked it and booked an appointment. Im so happy I did! Its hard to trust people with your hair, but these ladies do a tremendous job. Jessica and Sarah are the best!

J z salon is a wonderful environment and the moment you walk in you feel the fun energy from the staff. The manager Sarah is such welcoming and fun person ! I love that they go above and beyond to get you the results you want . They are Excellent with extensions!!!
