Stay away from this cleaner! Use Sparkle as an alternate. Just completed a really bad experience where Tucson Cleaners removed a stain successfully but damaged the pants and could not/would not correct the problem. The cleaning was paid by a restaurant who, after staining them in a dropped-tray accident, immediately took responsibility (good business!) Tucson Cleaner, however, damaged the item, delayed, refused to return phone calls, delayed, refused to return phone calls, until finally the owner said that the item was delivered damaged (not so). The counter team at this cleaner took responsibility for the damage originally and reran the item unsuccessfully. The employees below the manager level are nice folks, but the owner is an ass and the manager wont even return phone calls ("shell call you in 20 minutes"..."she must have forgotten and left for the day", multiple times). You dont want to support a business that operates this way so please go elsewhere.

This is the first time I took anything to the cleaners. I checked out there website for reviews and found out they have coupons on their website (which I liked). The coupon was for 1 blazer for around $5.I went to the place it looks pretty clean and well managed place. But they only thing I had a problem with was the woman who was there wasnt too pleased. When I came back to pick up my blazer, there was a different woman, I liked her. She was very nice, made conversation and gave good customer service. I checked my item and was very satisfied with the cleaning. Overall, most likely I will return to this dry cleaning location soon.
