Due to this establishment offering leather services I took a Coach bag in to get two additional holes punched into the straps (backpack style purse). Upon receiving the bag back I found that they had removed a strap and replaced the Coach leather strap with a vinyl strap. When I took the purse back the next day I was told that the manager was not in but that she would be in later. I gave the gal at the front specific instructions that I would leave the purse so the manager could look at it but that I did not want anyone to touch the purse till I spoke with her and left my contact number for her. Never received a call, meanwhile I am preparing to leave the county for some time. Come to find out that the manger did not call me at the number I left but called my husband and left a message on his cell while he was out of the country. Needless to say I did not get that message till after this establishment sent my purse back to the same person that decided punching two holes in a strap meant removing the strap and replacing it with vinyl. Upon coming in to get my purse I noticed that they did put the old strap back on however, no holes were punched, there was damage to the other strap and there is stitching showing on the inside of the bag that would not have been there if the mistake would not have been made. I asked the manager for my money back after explaining what had transpired and he could not even look me in the eye and had nothing to say. One of their workers suggested that I come back when there is another manager present that handles these things. There was not even an apology from these people. Now I have a damaged purse and paid $25 for this damage. My husband had been taking his overnight dry cleaner here and we were thinking of changing dry cleaners but not now. Over $25 they have now lost a new full time customer on top of our overnight cleaning needs. Was it worth?

This place is Green and doesnt use toxic dry cleaning products. Great service and friendly.
