I used this place for about five years when I worked in Plano. I liked them for several reasons. Cleaning is done on-site. Pricing is clearly displayed and you pay in advance so no surprises and its very reasonable. They gave me someone elses shirt once but were able to track mine down and get it back to me. Some buttons got chipped from time to time but Im not going to bust balls over a button. They arent the friendliest bunch but considering the complete lack of customer service I usually see in the dry cleaning industry I never had any reason to even think of looking elsewhere.

Please if you have not visited this dry cleaner yet take my advice and do not go here! These people have no clue as to how to properly clean clothes. My boyfriend use this cleaners often so I gave him my garments to take there. Beautifully bright colored clothing came back looking dulll and worn with beading on the fabric; and they were clearly not properly and thoroughly cleaned. If you care about your clothing pay the extra and take them somewhere else. These "cleaners" are unprofessional and incompetent. This place sucks!!

Except for the Hispanic guys working there, they have the worse customer service I have ever seen. They never greet their customers and NEVER say thank you. Their attitude is simply, rude. This is basic customer service! On a recent occasion, they stained one of my shirts and refused to take responsibility for this. One of managers or owners had the worse attitude when I pointed this out to them and didnt take any action to correct the problem. I will not return to this cleaner and would not recommend it to anyone!

Very bad experience, do not go there .These Mexican employees and Lebanese owners are the worse people when it comes to customer service. They ruin my Versace Jeans it has a huge brown stain in one of the pockets and the alterations were done wrong. Please dont give them your business.

They advertise $2.59 for Dry cleaning and charge whatever they wish and does not give you itemized bill. I gave them 2 T-shirts and 1 pants, suppose to be $7.77+tax, instead charged me $10.07. More than $3 per piece. Avoid these thieves.

Terrible experience. The owner is very rude. They damaged my $200 pants. Do NOT go there. They also called me a liar and that the spots were on the pants when i gave it to them. All the workers are very rude.
