Over the Christmas holiday, I brought in 3 dresses and 3 jackets to be Dry Cleaned. I really needed one of my jackets and dresses finished before 5 pm the next day, so I paid the extra fees to have them complete same day (Im not sure if that really makes sense). I paid about $80 in total for the 3 jackets and dresses, including the extra fee for my stuff to be finished same day. I dropped my stuff off on (I think) the 22nd around 9:50. So I knew that my other stuff wouldnt be complete until the 23rd after 5pm (like the guy had told me when I dropped my stuff off). I came by to pick up the dress and jacket I had paid EXTRA for. The girl handed me all 6 items. I was impressed that all 6 were complete! I even asked her about it. She verified that they were able to get everything done. I was running errands that day, so didnt get home until a few hours later. Changed into the dress I had paid for the same day, grabbed my jacket and was ready to go to a family dinner that was all the way in North Plano! The dress looked great! My boyfriend decided to grab his jacket I had put in with the dry-cleaning as well, but questioned if they actually did anything. I then pulled out my other jacket and two dresses. There was no noticeable difference from when I brought them in. One dress was silk, still had a lot of wrinkles in them. The jackets still had a lot of fuzz all over them. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY disappointed. We didnt have time to bring everything back by since we had a dinner to be at across the metroplex. I called on my way over and explained to them what happened. They were opened until 12 the next day, so I brought everything in that morning. What was REALLY upsetting is that they told me my stuff wouldnt be ready until the following Tuesday AFTER 5. Now, mind you, all of my things were supposed to be finished and dry-clean by Friday 23 at 5 PM. I wasnt able to bring my stuff back until Saturday morning. They were closed Monday for the holiday, understandable. But you would think they would maybe try to expedite this stuff to have them finished first thing Tuesday morning. Whatever. I come by at about 5 PM on Tuesday to pick up the rest of my stuff and the guy says that they still dont look great so he wants to send it all through again. To me that means that it WASNT dry-cleaned YET AGAIN. I was able to finally pick up all my stuff on Wednesday. It still wasnt the greatest job. The jacket still had a lot of stuff all over it. The staff that assisted were courteous, but did little to really help me get my stuff quickly. There was no follow up. I spent $80 for them to "dry clean" my stuff. It took them a week. And the work was still shoddy at best. I am very disappointed in this company and how they work. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I dont understand how they have the business or the reviews that they do. Over priced for crappy work.

I used to think this place was great for the same reasons others mention - nice people and cheap cleaning. Then they lost a dress of mine, tried to convince me they had helped me put it in my car a while back (Ive never had them help me put anything in my car, since in only take like 3 things at a time to the cleaners), would only pay 60% of the value even though the dress is three months old and has been worn about 3 times. When I told him Joe O that that wouldnt work for me and wasnt their reputation and all of the work they do worth the $120 cost of the dress, he wanted to speak to me outside. Outside, he told me he didnt like my threatening him like that (what?!) and if I wanted payment for my dress, I would have to go to court. When I responded that I wasnt threatening him, he told me they were the 7th largest dry cleaner in Texas (Im not sure why). I asked him to confirm that I was understanding correctly he was refusing to pay anything for my dress, he said yes, and I said okay, went to my car, and made a phone call. Two minutes later he came out and told me to move my car b/c rush hour was starting (btw, there were four empty parking spots). I know this is a rant, but its so appalling to interact with a merchant who is only good when there are no issues - so take things there at your own risk, but be prepared for no one to accept responsibility when theres an issue.

Im reviewing some of the ratings and found myself surprised at the negative experiences some people have had. I find Im somewhat picky and dont like to spend a lot of money on dry cleaning or laundering my clothes. Ive frequented this location for years (since April 2010) and while it is true the prices have increased (hence the 4* rating) during that time, Ive never received anything but exceptional service. In fact, Joe, this will sound cheap but if the price to launder a shirt dropped to $.99, Id bring in a lot more shirts or at least more frequently...You might actually make more money! But, in all honesty guys and gals, if you have a problem with a stain, or the service, or a lost shirt try to be open minded and simply give Joe a call. Im certain he will do all he can to make it right.

The bad reviews surprise me. I am really tough on my clothes and it had been a while since I had worn a lot of the items that I brought in to prepare for a business meeting. At the counter I realized that there were many items that were stained. They got all of the stains out and that could not have been an easy task. Furthermore, I brought so many items in, I thought that maybe one had gotten left behind but they told me the ticket number of the package that the pants were in after reviewing the tape. I could have sworn I looked through everything twice but sure enough they were where they told me they would be. The people that work there are always very nice too.

If all you need is for your shirts to be pressed, then this place is probably fine for you. I, though, took in a number of items with stains and none of the stains came out. This is after identifying and marking all of the stains with the attendant and then when you pick the item up, nothing is said about the stain. No "we tried to remove it but werent able to" Finding a good and reasonably priced dry cleaner in Dallas has been very difficult. Hoping to find a better dry cleaner soon.

I used to use them when I lived in Uptown 4 yrs ago but had to move to North Dallas & I switched to another. But after so many issues especially customer service and missing clothes I looked around and chose to do the drive back to these guys. The owner saw me first visit and called me by my first name and said "What an honor to see you again". No problems in my last 5 visits since, and I had to write this review after seeing they did not have all 5 stars. They deserve it!
