If you are considering renting a post office box, this is not the place you want to rent from. When I first began renting my box I was assured that I would be able to pick up my mail at any time from my box. I was also assured that if I had an item, letter or package that needed signatures or was too large for my box, being a box renter, I would not be required to stand in long lines to pick up my items as long as not payment was required. I was directed to a window where I could obtain items. I have noticed that in many other post offices, these windows are conveniently labelled for the box customer who need to obtain mail. I have a medical clinic and many items come to my box for my business. I often have to leave at lunch our to obtain these items, many of which are needed promptly. Last week I entered my post office and found a pick up card in my box. I went to the designated window and the clerk, loudly and rudely shouted at me to go to the back of a very, very long line. I did not have the time and there was medication the the box I needed to pick up for a patient I was about to see. I asked her why I was no longer permitted to pick up PO Box items at the window when other post offices actually have designated windows for their box customers. She snapped at me and refused to help me. I went to the door outside the office and a man came and serviced me. He did give me my box, but he too was very curt and rude. In addition to treating their box renting customers like garbage, they are just plain rude to customers all the time. After I left, I went to another post office near my clinic and was treated like the most valued customer in the world for just purchasing stamps. I do not know way this particular Post Office has had a reputation for rude and nasty employees, but it has not changed in 20 years.I am dozens of stories about their poor service and attitudes toward customers.

USE THE SELF SERVICE EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Spring of 2015, I attempted to purchase 40 stamps and the machine only dispensed 10 stamps. The location could not provide me with replacements for all of the stamps that were lost (they did gave me 10 holiday stamps). I was directed to use a toll free USPS customer service number for the remainder, but they had no way to complete the request. I ended up purchasing another 30 stamps at another location and saving the holiday stamps that had been give to use in December. Although the self service machines can be handy this experience showed me that using counter help is really the only way to go to ensure that paid services are 100% received.

Horrible carriers. Now every time I hear about the end of the USPS, I look forward to it. All I get is junk mail with the rare letter of importance. The carrier constantly threatens us. It takes the effort of a full time job to stop the junk mail. Its easier to switch everything to electronic correspondence and use UPS, even for simple letters. This lack of customer service and threatening behavior happens at several of the hoses we own. If you complain, you are treated as the problem, and all the USPS employees support each other and team up to support their lack of civility. The next time USPS workers deemed greater pay or benefits, youc could be assured I wont be supporting them.

A new low for the US Toast office. No, not a misprint , they are toast in my book. First, they told me that they did not have my box, even though they put a slip in my mail box, then the guy who looks like jerry garcia, tries to act like a juggler and drops in on the concrete , shattering my grandmothers collectable glasses. All he could say was, ooops box go boom on the floor.......The manager blamed ME, SCREAMING WHY DID YOU MAKE HIM DROP IT...... The guy who dropped it told him that he needed to chill.....

Pirates ye be! Paid $40 for a key to my mail box because I "did not request the key sooner" and was told they would deliver the key to my address. I never received my key. I called to ask about it and the answer I got was close to "sorry, buddy." I was told they do not keep records of payment for keys and that I would have to pay $40 again. Maybe I'll try waiting a little harder this time.

Compared to my last post office in Las Vegas this post office is top of the line!!! Never waited longer than a few minutes during hours in which I would think theyd be the busiest. All the postal workers are courteous and glad to help even when the customer is being difficult. I hope my next post office is as good as this one.

Id leave no star if I could. Our mail man continuously refuses to deliver packages to our door. Today I saw him deliver the mail from my office window, when I went to get the mail there was a pink slip saying that no one was home for him to deliver the package to.... are you kidding me. Ridiculous.

Tow small packages in two days, only left notice, and online shows No Secure Location Available. When I checked the package mail boxes, they are all empty! Why you are being so lazy?? I have to drive twice to get them!

The postman was RUDE, condicending, and made me cry with no remorse. He was a jerk!!!! I tried calling the post office to make a complaint, but it just goes to a busy signal. Worst experience EVER!
