Terrible experience! My package was sent to Dallas, TX. for whatever reason and the USPS in Dallas sent it to here. The package arrived in LC but was scheduled for delivery the next day. So, I call them and ask if they can hold it and the guy on the phone said they would hold it. I get down there, wait in their LONG line only to find out it was sent out for delivery today instead of tomorrow. So, I go to complain that I was given bad information on the phone and the guy behind the window/door thing told me that they told me that I could "come down there and it might be there." Seriously, who the fk would drive down there and wait in that line on a maybe? I was lied to, and then told I was the liar. Very disappointed!

Worst service. They "accidentally" change our companies PO Box lock and we couldnt access our mail. Since it was their fault, we figured they would rectify it right away.... That was a mistake. They told us the guy that changes the locks was out until the following week so we could put a hold on our mail and retrieve it from them every 3rd day...really? Its a business and need the mail. They wouldnt even let the post mail deliver the mail to us because they dont let them deviate from their route. Three weeks later they have our keys but didnt bother to call to let us know. We certainly wont be using them for our shipping if this is the kind of service they give customers.

Horrible customer service! I just left and went to a different post office. After waiting 30 min, 2 service ladys came available. I went to one and both left the cover to go to the back. No apology or explanation. The 3rd lady came avail and I went to her only to be told they couldnt tape package unless I purchased a whole, over priced, roll of tape or upgraded my package to express or priority. Thats extortion! No thanks. I left and went to my post office next to my house, even though I have to go down main again for something else when Im done.

I have never seen a smiling worker in this place at all, anytime Ive ever had to go to this post office. Maybe you should hire people who can tolerate workinf in customer service. Or give the current employees some classes on customer interaction, so they can learn some people skills. Horrible. Plus its always busy and the lines are always ridiculously long. Not to mention when you finally get to the counter, they usually act like youre wasting their time.

Outstanding post office. I recently moved in, and my mail was kept at this location until I got my mail box key. I checked the box, checked the office, and some expected packages werent there. Turns out, they care enough to have actually sent out one of their staff in a mail truck to hand deliver my packages when they found out where they were, merely an hour after leaving the post office. This is easily the best post office Ive ever experienced.

This location the staff are very slow and most of the time they dont know the meaning of customer service. The staff rarely smile, have minimal interaction with the customers, and it seems as though they all hate their jobs at this location. I prefer the location on Commerce if I have to go inside and deal with the staff. They are much more friendly and the line moves much faster.

Awful. Took them over two weeks to make my mailbox keys. They kept telling me that their locksmith was "a week behind," then he was "on vacation." Why are you on vacation when youre behind on your work by a week? Finally when they made my keys they had them in their system under the wrong address, so now I am only receiving half my mail. Absolutely incompetent system/office.

Awful, I sent a priority mail package to VA on March 16. It was undeliverable so it was supposed to send it back to me. On April 4th it sent me a text message saying that it was put in my mailbox. As of today, Apr 11, we could not find it and after several calls and visits to post office, no one knows where the package is or bothers to call me back.

Two old ladies did not show any enthusiasm for work. I asked if i can use the their tape for packing, one of them said yes but never told me that it was for priority only until check out. She said I need to choose priority or rip the tape off the box.
