This is the only fast-food type restaurant I rate 5 star. Awesome chicken. The waffle fries are always crispy and tasty. The original chicken sandwich is a favorite. The chicken salad sandwich is also a tasteful treat. The service has always been excellent, even more so than other stores Ive visited. It seems the Chick-fil-A franchise likes small parking lots (all the stores Ive been) but this one has the ability to keep the people and cars moving at a good pace. This is overall my favorite place for Chicken.

The only Chick-fil-A Ive ever encountered two did not feed a bus driver so to all bus drivers avoid Chick-fil-A on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith they do not feed you for bringing in 30 some kids to eat at the restaurant so they will be the last stop this driver ever makes it this particular restaurant they should probably change their policy on that considering and we do about 30 trips a year to this location but lucky for us Wendys isnt too far and they do feed a bus driver and coach

Experienced a unfriendly rude attitude during recent visit by one of the assistant managers, Jayne. I called and spoke with another manager who is also the owners daughter, Makayla. Makayla apologized for her employees rude demeanor. I have never experienced such behavior from a Chick-fil-A employee. A person in a leadership role should model appropriate behavior to other employees as well as the public.

Cannot fully describe in a review how much I love this place The crew is always so friendly in a genuine way I have never got a messed up order As fast as physical limitations permit I always order the same thing so when they see me walk through the door I hear them getting my order started before Ive even made it By far the best fast food stop in this area

Disappointing. Chick-fil-A is normally clean and friendly. Not this place. See how they are next visit Went a second time. Food still great. Now I know why the place wasnt so clean or friendly, they are really, really busy almost all the time. Cars were backed up around the building for an hour. Fort Smith needs a second Chick-Fil-A.

Everyone loves this place. Always consistent and good. Even with a double drive-through it is packed inside and out almost any hour. It causes Rogers Avenue traffic jams near mealtimes even with many other adjacent restaurants not nearly as busy. I was shocked that their ice dream tastes like home cranked ice cream.

As chicken goes there really isnt a better sandwich out there. As convenience goes, if you want Chick-fil-A in fort smith be ready to wait in line. This place is always always always super busy. Good friendly staff though. They say "my pleasure" a lot which is a nice change of pace.

My favorite!!! Great staff too, it is slow but all them are cause the chicken is awesome right. Easy to get to from freeway as well and traffic is not too much of a problem and dont go to any Chick-fil-A if your in a hurry the lines are all long no matter what city you are in

I mainly go here for the sweet tea and waffle fries (Im actually allergic to chicken!) But its mainly when the craving is so strong, because its ALWAYS BUSY here! Its typically with a lot of families inside, so I usually go through the drive-thru.

Food was out quick, barely had time to finish my payment transaction before they were handing me my sandwich. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, food was hot and assembled nicely, not thrown together with things falling out. Loved the experience.

This Chick Fil A met all my expectations just like other locations except one thing. The kids play area was really small and didnt have much for my kids to play on. For that reason, only 4 stars instead of 5

Number 1 place to eat in Fort Smith. You will fight a crowd during peak hours but thats because its Chick-fil-A and everyone loves it. The food is always perfect and the customer service is unmatched.

Chicken is ok, I like Slim Chickens better. The traffic patterns are insane and poorly thought out. Then again so is Slim Chickens. Go for the chicken and endure poorly planned traffic control .

Love the food but I absolutely hate the new lay out. It is very awkward standing in the middle of people trying to eat while waiting in line. I am sure it was just as awkward for them.
