Best bbq Ive ever tasted, period. Problem is we live 30 minutes away and have several times arrived 10-25 minutes before closing and they are already closed. They start swiping under your feet while you are eating, etc., half an hour before closing time. I grew up working in a restaurant, and this in NOT how it should operate. Customers should be welcome to walk in until closing, then the clean up should happen AFTER closing and the doors are locked. Especially since they close already at 8 PM at the latest.

One of the most misleading menus around. If you order a combo and select "brisket" as your sandwich, you will be charged $1 more. This isnt reflected on the menu and the staff wont let you know beforehand. Oh, and the side orders come in thimble-sized containers.

The beautiful young woman that made my sandwich was very friendly and helpful. The brisket was great, just wish the BBQ sauce was little more spicy sweet.

Good bbq joint in Knoxville. 3 meat plate with sides is a win. Quick service. Give it a go. It is good for the area. Staff is friendly and polite.
