Chipotle at this location has super friendly staff and even more friendly management. The food is always great for fast quality mexican food thats is crafted with quality ingredients. They serve various bottled beer and on the spot made margaritas with quality liquor. My best experience at this location was when staff offered a free meal for their great service. I made an online order, and because I was unable to add notes to my order online, I called to have them adjust the order. The staff member happily accepted my change to the order and promised the adjustment before it was picked up. From the time the order was placed to the time it was picked up it took only five minutes. Because the staff was so efficient in making my order, they were not able to make the change, so I was offered a free meal. Chipotles has always been a reward to myself, and if your in the mood for food, I recommend rewarding yourself with Chipotles today.

This store cares about YOU! Drove to get Chipotle only to find a "closing at 8pm due to our large cooler being broken" sign on the door. I went in hoping to help them clear out what food they did have left to get did of. Every single staff member was apologetic; yet they had everything for my meal and it was at a safe temperature. They told me their manager, Kara, made the call to stop serving as the food in the cooler was no longer safe and had been put in the "danger zone". WOW! Anyone who knows food knows how absolutely commendable this is! They could have continued to serve their POSSIBLY contaminated food- but no; this amazing store and company protected its beloved consumers. Warren Street Chipotle team, you are CLASS ACTS! You should be VERY proud of who you are!

Have had horrible service here one too many times...every time I order online I have had to wait because they "didnt see it" but today I go in and they are put of white rice. I am willing to wait the two minutes for them to have it ready, but the person making my food wasnt. Was rushed through so fast, I didnt get them to even hear my complaint. When I called when I got hime I get " I am sorry you feel that way." Really?! Not going back.

Ive been going to this chipotle for the last year or so pretty frequently and have really noticed the service decline. Between ripped burritos, being out of various menu items, and forgetting to include my side of guac (has happened twice) I have made it a point to avoid this store. I will gladly drive 15 extra minutes to the other mankato location (or more likely eat somewhere else) than deal with this stores inconsistent service.

Out of lettuce so I asked for a very small amount of guac as replacement, he agreed and put down about a tablespoon, at the counter she charged $1.95 for the cup. Very disappointed. If they would have their food on stock they would not be getting a bad review. the price includes lettuce and that was not available, replacement should be made available. Also it was old guac which makes this even worse. Fail.

The campus location used to be my favorite spot to eat in Mankato, but since management changed it seems like many of the solid employees have left. Everything seems too rushed now and they skimp on rice and require me to ask for another scoop because they dont even provide a full scoop in the bowl. Stop rushing through and skimping on the ingredients and serve your customers well!!!

Great service, fresh and flavorful food at a good price considering the quantity youre getting. The staff runs that back kitchen like line cooks in a professional, non-chain place, and the quality shows. Whether Im getting a burrito, bowl, tacos, or anything in-between, I know im getting good food at a great price. I just wish I got a little more lettuce in my salad!

Me and friends got sick eating here a few days ago. I had stomach aces and diarrhea while my other friend had cramps like crazy. Idk Im not taking the chance again. It was miserable... Food poisoning, no thanks.

It might be only this time that rice seemed undercooked or maybe others have noticed that too. The featured new burrito with chorizo was horrible and I couldnt eat it at all. :( waste of money and food

The staff was very rude and charged both me and a friend incorrectly and made us feel like an inconvenience when we pointed out the problem. Food was good but service was terrible.

The better of the two in town. I suggest going around 3 on weekdays or 2 on weekends to avoid lines and have a great crew on staff. They always add a little extra to my burritos.
