Took James almost 4 weeks to get my computer back. Never called back when promised to do so. Never answered messages on recorder. Closed office over 2 hrs early when I was supposed to p/up my computer. Wasted a 35 mile RT and over an hour of driving. Charged $100.00 to replace Windows 10 with 7 yet I still cant print or access Word or Excel and my photos are gone. Same problem as the 1st time he installed virus program. Thought Id give him a 2nd chance. Never again!

I was very pleased with this business. I received fast same day courteous service. I have done PC repair myself but after eye problems I could not. Jay found the problem with cost much less than I had anticipated. This young man also impressed me by offering to meet 1/2 way to deliver it home since he would be in the area. This company was awesome! Both of my computers went down and I didnt want to take them to the shop, pay a small fortune, and wait for a week or two. Professional service and fixed the same day. The price was great and the prompt excellent service cannot be beat. And they guarantee their work! Love them and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Supposed to clean up my PC to speed it up. Didnt happen. Just as slow as before if not slower but my wallet is $40 lighter. Instead of following day return he kept it for 5 days. Never called me and didnt return my calls. Find another service.
