I had a very poor experience at Gadget Pros. They special ordered a part for my phone. When I dropped my phone off for repair, I was told that I would be emailed once it was ready to be picked up. No one contacted me, so I finally called the store. I was told that the part they had ordered was "bad" and would need to be reordered, but I could come pick the phone up and wait for the part to get it. Not a huge deal, but when I picked the phone up I couldnt turn the screen on. Gadget Pros informed me that something must have happened when they were taking apart the phone and therefore the phone screen wouldnt turn on. I brought in a functional phone, and I was handed back a useless phone. I was offered no apology and the men in the store seemed confused as to why I was irritated. They told me that I would need to wait a week for the part to come in, during which time I would be without a phone. Again, Gadget Pros seemed clueless as to why someone would find this an unacceptable situation. They made my phone worse and made no attempt to reconcile the situation.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I broke my iPhone 5 into two pieces after I dropped it from a balcony. I kid you not, the screen was attached to the frame of this phone by a single wire. I took it to Gadget Pros hoping somehow, they could do something, anything, to make it somewhat functional again. I thought I might be phone-less for days. Plus I wasnt going to get off work until 6 (right when they close) the day I took it in. Not only did they have it put together and fully functional within one afternoon, but the General Manager of the place was willing to open the store up for me to pick it up right after I got off work. The customer service here is absolutely amazing and all the repairs Ive ever had done were more than reasonably priced. So long as there is a location anywhere near where I live, Ill NEVER take my phone ANYWHERE else for repairs.

I dropped my brand new Galaxy S6 in water and then couldnt get it to turn on, even after it had spent the night in a bag of rice. I plugged it in because the battery was low when I dropped it in, and so I was sure I had fried everything inside. I lost a sleepless night, in agony over my dumb mistakes. Well, should have saved myself the misery! Gadget Pros completely fixed my phone. Much more affordable than a new phone! The only thing not 100% functional was the front camera, which they gave me the option of replacing. I opted to save money and sacrifice future selfies. Otherwise, it would be as good as new again. Totally recommend this place.

I had a bad experience. Im sure they probably do decent work. Nobody can be perfect though. As far as customer service I had a mixed experience. One of their employees was super nice to me, but another one got mad at me. All I did was call to ask for a time frame for when he though he would finish with the iPad I took in. He told me not to rush him. That wasnt my intentions. After u picked up the iPad it was worse off than when I dropped it off. Now it doesnt charge and the power button doesnt work. The battery just died and I cant get it to turn on at all anymore. Luckily, they didnt try to make me pay anything for the time they spent on it.

I broke my iPhone screen so was in need of a replacement. I went to one place that I wont name and left my phone a full day only to return to find it exactly how I left it. I then went to Gadget Pros. I went in with low expectations thanks to the previous place. The moment I walked in I was greeted with great customer service. They are very kind, and knowledgeable. I told them what I needed, and they got the job done in a timely manner. I will return to them for any future business, and will recommend them to everyone.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I have used them for years starting with my iPhone 3G. They have repaired many phone screens, my sons play station 3 HDMI port and its still going strong.. They have repaired several of my friends and co-workers phones and iPads.. Whenever I want to upgrade my old device they buy it from me and the pay is extremely great and competitive. They have superb professional service and the experience is great! I love referring this place to everyone.. David, Matt and Luke are awesome guys!!

My 2yr old son stepped on our iPad and broke the screen even though we had an OtterBox case for iPads on it. I took it to Gadget Pros and let them look at it and they KNOCKED IT OUT! I had my iPad back literally in a matter of hours. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their work and how fast the service was! The iPad looked brand new! Ive used other companies around town that does the same work but no ones service has had this level of quality. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I got my Samsung Galaxy S6 screen fixed here last week and I was supposed to have a 6 month warranty on it. The screen was fine for the first week, then white spots started emerging on my screen, and my phone would randomly reboot. I went to their store asking them to check it out and they said thats because I damaged the screen by dropping it on a hard surface and the warranty would not cover that. So I basically got ripped off with a fake screen and a damaged phone.

Talk about saving my bacon. I bought parts online from the clowns at a different shop, a franchise whose name I wont mention that also sells parts on the intertubz. THOSE guys couldnt - or wouldnt -remove a screw with a stripped head. They also kept the phone all day. THESE guys can and will handle a broken screw because they know how and when to improvise. Theyre also knowledgable enough to be able to look at the device and give a reasonable time estimate. GO HERE.

The screen on my iPhone 5s went out--touch screen wouldnt work, the display turned purple with lines then faded to black. I walked in, the gadget guys diagnosed the problem right away, and they fixed my phone within 45 min. They even added a tempered glass cover to the new screen for no extra charge. The price was $50 cheaper than what I was quoted at the Apple Store. Great customer service, no wait time, and no Apple Store bullshit. I HIGHLY recommend GadgetPros.

The staff at Gadget Pros West Little Rock took very good care of me. I stupidly left iPad on top of my car and drove away. I fortunately heard it hit the ground, but it was severly damaged They replaced my broken display, butn the process the rear camera stopped working. They gladly accepted responsibility, ordered a new camera device and replaced it for no additional charge. I will definitely return, should I need such services. Thanks Matt and Luke!

I really wanted to like this place, but found myself continually frustrated by their lack of communication in a long term project. I initiated every contact with the company as they tried to repair the keys on my laptop for months, eventually having to give up, pick up my computer and start from scratch elsewhere. It sounds like they are really good with bread and butter, short term issues but I cant recommend them based on this experience.
