I do not want to give Cell Phone and PC Repair not one star because they left me hanging and never fixed my computer. When I carried it in to the shop, I informed them that my hard drive was bad. I was told they would diagnose it which is understandable. When I picked it up and asked what did they find wrong with it, I was told it was not the hard drive, instead it was loose wires. Got it home, a few days later the Operating system crashed. Back to the shop I went with the computer. Several days later, when I picked it up, when I asked what was wrong all they could say was that my OS crashed (well I knew that), I was finally told, to have diagnostics done on it and I did. The hardware diagnostics results said that I had a bad hard drive..".recommended to replace the hard drive". I called the shop and informed them of the results and again I was told it was not the hard drive. At this point, after spending around $200 on this shop and for the diagnostics, I was still at ground 0. My computer had not been fixed. Maybe this shop understands repair on cell phones, but it is apparent they do not understand hard drive errors and failures. What a waste. I would not recommend them because I would hate for someone else to experience what I went through. Highly disappointed in the expertise level at this shop.

Went there to fix a simple crack in the screen. When I got it back, I couldnt use the bottom half of the screen at all. So I brought it back again under warranty, and they completely ruined the phone. Could not use the screen at all. There was glue sticking out of the sides as well. I highly regret going there, and they dont do refunds or exchanges either.

They did a GREAT job repairing my Cell phone. My old Galaxy Note 3 headphone jack finally went bad after all these years. I could not find anyone with the part anywhere. He repaired it in 20 minutes AND at $30 dollars cheaper then anyone else said that they would. It only cost me $35 for the repair. Im very happy. Great People

I was tackled into the lake while camping this summer and I was sure that my phone was completely destroyed. These guys not only fixed my phone but they charged a fair price to do it. I would tell anyone with phone issues these guys are worth a try but remember there are no guarantees when working with broken phones.

Kept iPod Nano for a month to replace on/off switch. When I called on it they said it was ready. I asked the guy on the phone to check it while I was on the phone. He asked like he did and assured me it was ready. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I get there, NOTHING was done. Thanks for nothing.

Took my laptop in to get it fixed. My screen was glitching and thankfully they fixed it in less than 30 mins and I was on my way and I just randomly showed up with no notice to them. They were very polite and if I have any issues with anything else I will be sure to use them for that too.

I definitely recommend coming here for your cell phone fixes and accessories! My iPhone 5s screen needed a replacement. I live in Jacksonville and there was a shop a minute away that would of charged me more than what I paid for a screen replacement, tempered glass, and a case!
