I had them build a work computer for me from a NewEgg kit about 2 years ago. I thought they did a good job, so when my CPU water cooling system went out I took it back to them. I took it in on a Tuesday, they ordered a new part, installed it, cleaned it (I spent the extra money for a cleaning - they said it was really dirty) and picked it up on a Thursday. That night it was barely operable because the CPU was overheating. I shut it down and took it back the next day hoping to get it back the same day. They said they had tested it for 2 hours on Thursday and it didnt overheat. Okay. Since it was Friday and they close at noon, they couldnt fix it in time and kept it the entire weekend. They called on Monday and said they had installed the cooling system incorrectly which caused it to overheat. (I thought they said they had tested it the week before?) Finally got it home again, hooked it up and it didnt overheat. So far so good. A few days later, I plugged a device into a USB 3.0 port on the front of the computer. Nothing. It worked before so what happened? Checked it and the USB 3.0 plug was disconnected from the Z77 motherboard. Found out why: The pins are bent. Evidently during cleaning, the connector came lose and when they tried to plug it in bent the pins and just left it. The computer weighs a ton and I really dont want to take it in for a 3rd time. Im an EE and could do all this work myself, but Ive got little free time so I spend the extra money to have people do the work. The only thing I expect in return is quality. Theyve obviously lost their edge. They also didnt apologize for messing up the first time. The only thing they said while they loaded the computer in the car was "This computer gets heavier every time I lift it." I definitely agree with them on that point. I dont trust them anymore so Ill be fixing the bent pins and reconnect the USB 3.0 cable myself. I dont want to leave the computer with them for another 6 days only to find something else wrong. Hopefully youll have better luck with them.

AMAZING SERVICE! My laptop had the black screen of death. Took it to "Premier Purchase" and they told me they would run a diagnostic test. 48 hours later they called to tell me that it was not a hardware problem so the only solution would be to reformat my hard drive and lose everything I had on the laptop. They wanted to charge me over $300 for this service. I picked it back up (had to pay for the test) took it to Computer Express and dropped it off around 5:00pm. By 10:00am the next day they called to tell me it was back up and running perfectly...without losing a single file...all for about a less than half of what BB wanted to charge me! Will go back anytime I have a computer issue!

Diagnosed my laptop fast. It needed a new hard drive, so I bought a used Samsung laptop from them. They downloaded my data from my old computer to the new one for no charge. They also ordered a new battery for the newly purchased laptop, which I didnt request, for no charge and put it in. These guys are fast, honest, and follow up. Great business, feel confident using them, they will treat you right !

I *literally* work 14 minutes away from these guys. I dropped my pc off today, came straight back to the office, and Wayne called me, right as I was walking through the door, to tell me what the problem was AND HOW CHEAP IT WAS TO FIX (it was already done, by the way, and for waaaay less than even the fly by night vendors were charging). Love these guys!
