After 3 calls to confirm that they could simply replace my battery, "Dont worry. Were professionals. We do this all the time, but will have to special order your battery - not in stock- which is not-refundable," I drop phone off for battery replacement. Took about an hour more than they quoted when I dropped the phone off (working perfectly, just reduced battery life) and when I returned to pick it up, they sore if I was having problems with the phone charging it working properly. ""Nope. Just reduced battery life, like I told you. Dropped it off in perfect working condition, it was on and functioning when I handed it to you." Claimed there was a "known-issue" with my phone and/or battery and that it was damaged before I brought it in. Told me to go home with old battery in it, charge for 8 hours because they couldnt get it to boot up. Now totally bricked/broken/non-functional. Couldve gotten $200 off price of a new one if Id turned in this previously mint condition phone functioning. They did refund the $75 for price of special-order battery so at least they broke my phone for free. Asked what theyd do for me since they broke my phone. Asked for $100, to be reasonable. Manager said hed get back to me after talking to owner in 2 days. No call back. I ended up reportedly calling back over next 3 weeks with assurances hed call back. Got rude and said I had to quit calling. Finally threatened my attorney would call back, they offered $50. Never had such s****y customer service and poor quality work in my life. GO ELSEWHERE!

I went here two weeks ago to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired. They told me it would be an hour, so I ran a few errands in town. After, I returned to the store to find that my phone hadnt been started and that it would take an additional two hours to fix. Upon receiving my phone, I found that the left lower screen of my phone was not working. I brought it in a week later to be repaired again. They honored their warranty and again I was told it would take an hour to fix. I returned in an hour to find that my phone was only half done and that it would take an additional half hour to repair. Totally get that people get busy, but with a competitor who can whip these out in 40 minutes, this business cant afford to be quoting people times shorter than actual repair time. If its going to take two hours, tell me its going to take two hours so that I can plan my day accordingly.

1.They quoted us $139 to repair. Final cost $180. Reviews on other sites complain about the same problem. 2.Promised same day service, called and pushed the ready time back twice. Ipad finally ready 8 days later. 3.They required a credit card to keep on file which they said would not be charged until the iPad was ready. They charged the card the next day. 4. They sent me a customer satisfaction survey on day 3. 5. When I picked up my iPad day 8 and told the store manager my complaints his response was, "Whats your problem man?" Which he repeated several times. This is a small poorly run franchise operation. Dont bring your electronics here!!

Dropped my phone and the screen powered on but was illegible (static look). There wasnt any cracks in the screen or any other visible damage. Took it to a different local repair place and they told me the motherboard was bad and I needed a new phone without hardly even looking at it. I then took my phone to CPR for a second opinion and I am glad I did. They quickly diagnosed the problem that the screen was simply unhooked from motherboard and fixed it in a couple of hours. Saved me a ton of time, money and hassle. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to everyone now.

Awesome customer service. I cracked the screen of my new phone, and they repaired it within an hour. They even suggested various ways I could keep it from happening again.
