RUDE owner. Dont waist your time or your money!!! to buy a phone from here. Your better off getting one from your phone carrier. What was supposed to be an awesome birthday present turned into a HORRIBLE experience and getting screwed over. I bought a refurbished phone from here a couple weeks ago that did not work. Which wasnt a problem I just needed help figuring out why it didnt work. I understand things happen and technology has issues. The younger staff was friendly and did their best to help me. I ended up having to make four trips in one week to their store before I was able to get a working phone from them. During these multiple trips for whatever reason they wouldnt just replace the phone, even though I had done everything they asked me to do. On my last visit the owner was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING when all I was looking for was his help. He was extremely disrespectful. Left with no choice, and because I was so uncomfortable with how I was treated as a paying customer, he replaced the broken refurbished phone with an s5 that is BANGED UP, DENTED, SCRATCHED, chipped paint AND HAS A NICK IN IT SO BAD THAT YOU CANT CLOSE THE BOTTOM PORT OF THE PHONE!!! It wasnt even the same color, he was mad so he purposefully gave me a phone that is super beat up. I was so upset and defeated!! I got screwed when all I needed was help!! Now I know better about these kinds of places.

We went to Fusion Design Studio for cell phones, so this rating is based solely on that. I had been debating between two cell phone for a new service, but I was nervous about spending too much money on a phone I didnt need. The associate that helped me informed me about a 14 day and 1 hour exchange policy. Stating that if i didnt like the phone, I had 14 days, or 1 hour of talk time, to bring it back and exchange it. Well, I didnt like the phone and I had decided that I wanted to spring for a nicer one. I go in, and Im informed that they dont do exchanges. I am allowed to "return" it, but I would have to cancel my line and lose the number that i PORTED into the new service. Then I would be allowed to activate a new phone, with a new number, but I wouldnt be eligable for the discounts and would have to pay full price. These associates need to get on the same page. I called into the service provider and informed them, the cell phone company gave me a free month of service for my trouble, but needless to say that Im not going back to Fusion Design Studio again. Also, my mother in law bought a phone and ported her number in, due to an error in the store that an associate made, her phone didnt work for nearly 4 days and required us calling the company on multiple occasions to get it to function properly. Avoid this place.

Beware! I had my screen replaced on my I-phone 6 and it lasted 1 month before the digitizer started to fail. They sell a warranty with their screen replacements witch is 100% bullshit. Guarantee if you go in there for a screen replacement they are going to tell you your frame is bent on your phone. This is their way of screwing you out of your warranty. Not only will they not warranty the screen, but they also dont warranty their work if the "frame is bent". My cousin brought his phone in to be repaired and experienced the same problems except when he went to pick up his phone it didnt work correctly from go! They immediately pulled the same bent frame bullshit they did on me. Then.... told him they couldnt warranty it because it was dirty inside. Any excuse they can come up with not to back up their products or work! Extremely disappointed!!!! On top of it the owner was rude!

I have been doing business with the guys at Fusion for about a year and a half. When I first stepped into the store, I knew almost immediately that I was going to be well taken care of. (You know how you just know when you meet an honest individual with integrity?) I have been in the computer industry since the days of the 8086 and 8088 systems and I have learned to appreciate quality service with knowledgeable personnel. This is what you will find every day at Fusion Design Studio! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little "IT assistance". From the most novice of users to the professional. Joe and his crew know what theyre doing and they are very good with people.... Keep up the awesome work guys!! Good service is rare these days!!

I am visiting from out of state. My phone that I have through a small local phone company started to give out on me. The people at Fusion Tech were very helpful and not pushy at all. They gave me all my options and their recommendations, one of which was to talk to my service provider before making any decisions. I came back later in the day and walked out with a new phone. I had a small issue with sending messages so I came back the next day and they fixed me all up. Now everything works great! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who lives in or is just visiting the area.

i bought a laptop at a very competitive price from Joe a few years ago... and never had any issues... ended up getting a virus... took it back to joe... and he restored to like new condition... runs perfect again... and he even cleaned it up to look brand new!! would definitely recommend him for software services and anything related to computers... hes very knowledgeable and extremely flexible and quick with service! all at a great price... and very trustworthy... cant beat that! thanks... and im sure ill be doing business with you again!

Cheap phones-- because they are counterfeits. I bought a "Galaxy S5" thinking it was the Samsung Galaxy S5. Turns out it was some knock-off version of even worse quality. This was not listed on their information for the phones. My family member also had a very similar experience with them. The worst part is that they do not refund your money after false advertisement! What was going to be my first smartphone turned into a disaster. Save yourself a trip and buy a phone from your reliable carrier instead.

We are not very computer savvy people and usually feel degraded when asking questions at the big box stores. Fusion Design studio DID NOT make us feel that way at all! They were up front and very honest. They came recommended by friends and we are very happy we took them up on checking them out. We will recommend them to everyone. Went in yesterday to change my phones over to Metro PCS. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which phones to get. My toddler was with me and due to the switch taking a while (not there stores fault,the fault of my old carriers) he was being less than perfect. The people working stayed calm and didnt make me feel like "that parent". I would guess they would prefer my child not come back until hes older, but they never let on. Will definitely be back.
