I went into KBA technology with a broken screen on my iPad mini two they repaired it and did a wonderful job but later that evening the screen started to on and hear from the rest of the iPad so I notified them about the situation and then they addressed the situation immediately and repaired the screen again at no additional cost and they completed the work in a very timely manner. The staff there were amazing with their customer service and communication with me and I greatly appreciate their business and believe that they are an amazing company and there is no Where else quite like them. They did an amazing job and greatly appreciate the competitive prices and give them complete customer satisfaction

Dropped my phone and the screen powered on but was illegible (static look). There wasnt any cracks in the screen or any other visible damage. KBA told me the motherboard was bad and I needed a new phone without hardly even looking at it. Spent less then 5 minutes with my phone. I then took my phone to a local competitor for a second opinion and I am glad I did. The competitor quickly diagnosed the problem that the screen was simply unhooked from motherboard and fixed it in a couple of hours, all for $55.00. Saved me a ton of time, money and hassle. KBT staff was NOT knowledgeable or helpful and I do not recommend!!! There are better places to go.

I had a phone where the screen was all static I brought it in thinking that maybe a cable had come loose . They said if its the cable they can fix it for $25 if they dont fix it its no charge . At no charge they took the phone apart and tested to find that it was the motherboard. I had a second phone that was identical with a broken screen they swapped the motherboard from one phone into another phone for $50. Another reviewers post saying his screen did not work and that he just had a cable that needed to be reconnected doesnt seem to be correct in my experience. I read this review before bringing my phone in and was concerned.

My Macbook Pro had gotten a virus, I was completely locked out . I really didnt think it could be fixed. These guys were so great. It was kind of an odd thing, apple was stumped too, but these guys got it fixed. They were friendly, explained what we could do, and they are very reasonably priced. I was amazed by their prices. My Mac was up and running great in a few short days. I really appreciate how professional they all were. yet so very friendly. Always had time for any questions. I highly recommend them to all. I really cant say enough about how good my experience was with them.

Terrible, they replaced my iPad glass and put new button on but the button barley worked and it costed WAY to much, well i used it anyway but then it just would skip around and press a bunch of random stuff and asked if they would check it out, it took like a month and costed 200+ dollars and when i got it back it was worse and the screen sell of, so i am telling u people do not go there u will waste your money. The reason i give one star is because the people where nice and helpful but they lied about things like what was wrong with it ect.

Very professional, quick, friendly, and best of all, reasonably priced! Went there to get a self-built computer checked out (wasnt turning on) went there around 3:40, left, and then shortly after 5:15, I got a call saying theyd fixed the problem! I went to pick it up, and the grand total was less than fifty dollars! Amazing service for a just as amazing price! If I have another computer issue, I would definitely visit them again!

They have had to fix my phone a couple times and now my husbands. I just brought mine in for water damage and it was fixed the next morning. The same day I picked my phone up my husband dropped his phone in water and he had to get his fixed also. They are fast, they communicate with you, and the price you just cant beat! I totally recommend kba!

They have fixed multiple broken computers and several cracked smartphone screens quickly and professionally. Love KBA and would recommend them to any person or company!!!

Brought my older laptop in for debugging and to ensure WiFi connection with all account users and to make the laptop run smoother. After spending close to $200.00 and then telling me it is fixed, the problem is still a problem. I dont recommend their services.
