Paul Schmitz and his team at Data Doctors made me feel comfortable from the first step in the door - with someone who is not "techy" - I feel they explained things in language I could understand and were very patient if I had additional questions. What also surprised me is their diagnosis charge goes towards fixing your computer - very reasonably priced, walked out with more knowledge than what I had going in, and my computer has been issue free since. Ask them about their data recovery plan - its a no brainer and a piece of mind!

Rob is my hero. He successfully solved a problem in 15 minutes that 14 Microsoft telelphone technical advisors were unable to solve so that I could install a program. He definitely went above and beyond the Quality Care program benefits that I subscribe to. As long as I have a computer I will have Data Doctors to keep it running.
