April 11, 2017 me and my sons phone died on the same day. I spent 2 hours on the phone with At&t. Then went to the att store and spent another 3 to 3 and a half hours with two of the people that worked there while one of them was on the phone with a tech from Att. "what a mess!!" This morning April 12th, went to A-1 Cellular, what Alex didnt know his boss did. They were so helpful, a great positive attitude along with soothing music to relieve my massive stress level. A GIGANTIC THANK YOU to Alex for being so kind and helpful.
