I lost everything on my lap top , they were able to recover it all, put in on a refurbished lap top AND show me the proper way to back up. I am up and runnig ! In just 2 days !! I was given all the options for repairing my old lap top (and I do me old) , or getting the new one. They listened to my needs and made suggestions as to what would work for me

Instead of going to other computer repair places nearby I drive to new Richmond computers because of the quality of character of the owner and employees. Tony the owner is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Im so glad I found such a reliable place with so much to offer!
