I was having issues reinstalling my OS. After looking online and making failed attempts for nearly a week, I decided to have Geek Squad take a look. They were able to get it back to me in half the projected time. The guy seemed knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and even gave me a run down of what he did when I picked it up.

They could only suggest a factory reset.(which of course Id already done) They didnt look at my phone or make any attempt to figure out the problem. Just told me to try the manufacturer. They dont seem particularly bright.

Geek squad here is super friendly and quick. I had to get a screen protector on my phone and they did it quickly right away. It did bubble so I had to take it back but they redid it at no charge
