Bad experience. First of all, very unprofessional services. I brought in my ipad hoping they could help me. They took down my name and number and ipad but did not provide any ticket or paper as reference and so I had to ask. They just gave me a business card with the ipad S/N. The tech explained it would take three to a week for fix. Well a couple of days passed by, heard nothing, called for an update and apparently they stated that they had just order the part and it was coming in that day. Decided to check in again after a day and nothing was still done. According to the tech he could not identify what the issue was even after installing the part (if they ever did). So I decided to just get my Ipad back and go elsewhere. I found out from another company what was wrong with my Ipad and they quoted me much lesser than what Giffins Concept would have charged me and even promised to have my Ipad fixed within three days. So, Griffin Concepts, not so good of an experience for me. Will never go there again or recommend to others.

I just called to get a quote on getting an iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced. I spoke to Dan, who quoted a very reasonable price and said he could get me same day service. Although I would love to give this company my business, Dan immediately told me after giving me the quote about some concerns to have with said phone and recommended an alternative option that actually did not benefit his business at all. I thought it was amazing that he was honest and ethical in his business practice and provided me with multiple options to fix my problem, even when the best option didnt add any money to his pocket. Additionally, when I inquired about different recommendations on phones Dan took the time to explain multiple options for me in great detail. When we ended our phone call I immediately received a text with a detailed summary of what we talked about. This is a TOP NOTCH business and ownership model. Thanks Dan for your wonderful service.

I tried to update the IOS on my jailbroke iPhone 4 . . . yes, I know, dumb idea. It seems that Apple frowns so much on the practice they must put code into updates to render your phone forever toast. Another "iPhone" repair guy in town said theres no hope. Its a brick. I didnt have much hope when I showed up at Griffins about 5:30 pm. I was still skeptical when they said, "No sweat! Well have it done in 5-10 minutes." WOW! Was I ever overjoyed to get my phone back by 5:40, ready to go with the new IOS. Still working great. Very friendly (even near closing time) and extremely helpful, not just in repair but other advice. I wish all businesses were that professional and capable. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Im going to be honest. I dont EVER leave feedback online but i feel compelled. Im new to Springfield MO and I cracked the screen on my iPhone 4. Called ATT and they said it was going to be $450 to replace my phone with an "early upgrade". Called Dan and he said to bring it to him and it would be $150 total and about 45 min. He offered to do it while I waited but declined. Went back an hour later and it was fixed. He was very cordial and extremely easy to work with. I will always take my iphone to him to repair. No questions asked. I can only hope he sees this feedback. Thanks Dan. You are the man. I wish you nothing but success. Sincerely, Dave

My girlfriend and I made a special trip from Branson today to fix my iphone screen that resembled a baseball bat cracked windshield for the last 2 months. But finally, we made it to this unique local business where we were immediately greeted by a well qualified and highly educated associate that provided us with speedy/high quality service, professionalism, and customer care. I, too, highly recommend Wireless Trends on S Campbell in Springfield, MO "Linnie". :) P.S.: "thisguysucks"....The glass is half full brother ;)

I was in a jam. I was driving a float in the ST. Patricks day parade and I dropped my iphone when I got out of my truck. A buddy of mine who had dealt with Dan before gave me his number. I called Dan and went to his shop right away. He had my broken screen off of my phone and a new one on in about five minutes. That is no exaggeration. He was quick, efficient and half the price of AT&T stores or Apple store. I have given out all his business cards. If you dont take your iphone to Dan, your just stupid!

Dan was great! I shattered my screen and he fixed it in 10 min, when he had it open he told me the last time I got it fixed (for the charging port) the people that "fixed" that part (wireless trends) put in a cheap piece a it dramatically effected my service. He fixed that too and now my phone is back to it was the day I bought it, I was in and out in 10 min. When I went to wireless trends I had to wait 4 hours for a crappy fix. I would recommend all my friends to go here!

I called Dan this morning to see if he could fix my iphone 3G. The home button was not responding all of the time. Sometimes I had to push it a dozen times before it would work. Got it to Dan and he fixed it in about 10 minutes even though he was busy with other customers. Works perfectly now and he has excellent prices. Thanks for the help Dan!! I hope I dont see you soon but if I ever need more iphone repairs I will definitely be back!!!

I have taking my daughter iPhone 5c twice to be repaired. The first time they changed the screen. The turn around was very quick. I was very impressed! The second time, my daughters iPhone wouldnt turn on. It was stuck in the reboot mode. Once again I took to them and they were able to get it working again. Dan is great... Ive taken a few different phones to him and he has always done a wonderful wonderful job and is very fast about it. His pricing is so much less then the other places in town. When my first phones LCD was broke I called around and everyone else in town was 110-125, he only charged me $75. I will continue to take him my business and refer anyone that I can...

Dan was very professional and friendly. I didnt think my phone could be fixed, but within 5 minutes he showed me that my phone was repairable and that he could do the repairs immediately. The screen was completely shattered but he fixed it in 10 minutes and gave me a 1 year warranty. I would recommend him to anyone with an iPhone problem.

Springfield iPhone repair made getting my iPhone repaired a breeze. I came in near closing time on a Monday out of necessity, and they were able to get it fixed quickly and for a great price. They use genuine Apple parts and are a locally grown business. As far as Im concerned they are the go-to place when your Apple has a bite out of it!
