You are dealing with amateurs here. Some of which, in the future, may become real savvy tech people, hopefully. We are their Guinea pigs.. At this point, they have no earthly idea what service, if any they are providing. They have a "script" of sorts, with a menu of services they provide, however the catch is they have no clue or hint as to what they are doing. Once something goes wrong and you question them about a solution you are put on the tech slaughter list (figure of speech) and you are stuck in a Que for days in hopes of finding a solution. They have absolutely NO regard for the small business person and how their incompetence may impact your business aka: livelihood. They sure do know to sell services and false promises. I have waited and waited to make an appropriate determination of the actual quality of service provided by this company. After four day, numerous calls, hours going back and forth and more hollow excuses than I have hair, this is my final observation.

They were not knowledgeable or friendly. Best buy sold me a broken computer the manufacturer acknowledged it was broken but best buy still wanted to charge a restocking fee. It took 3 hours of arguing to get the issue resolved

I was told 1 week I had to call in to be told they wanted more $$ . They never started on it or notified me either one. When i called in was given a run around. Nobody seems to know anything there. Its gone downhill

Very good on everything but sell phones. I dont recommend their tech support, but their insurance can be very good if you use it right.
