My Toshiba laptop crashed a couple of days before I was to move to Florida. The laptop had hundreds of photos I had scanned for the month prior to the crash that I hadnt yet backed up. Additionally, there were a number of other items of importance to me. Needless to say, I was very concerned that Id lost a great deal of valuable (to me) data. Micro Tech came through wonderfully. Lon knew of my time crunch and managed to save all the data even though the hard drive was shot. He gave me a reasonable deal on a slightly used but better computer, and I was able to head off to Florida with much less worry. Thank you Micro Tech! Rob King
