These guys are great. When my business laptop had an issue (on a holiday week, no less!) they took the time to talk through every aspect of the problem. Not only did they give me the straightforward information I needed to make a decision, they also provided clear time estimates. (None of the arrogance/annoyance you sometimes see with IT service). Although they werent able to fix the issue, they figured out my warranty was still active (when my search initially came up negative!) and refused to charge me for their time diagnosing/attempting/assisting me. I will definitely be back in the future for any/all devices.

Brought in my MacBook Air when a system update went terribly wrong and nearly crashed my operating system. I was pretty panicked. In less than 24 hours they were able to fix it all and ensure nothing was lost. They also fully updated my laptop and set it up to automatically update in the future to prevent installation freezes from happening again. Great people, service, and extremely reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend and go back!

A very trustworthy shop! I thought my laptops VGA to display cable was defective and brought the laptop in with the replacement cable. Skyway Techs identified that the original cable was loose and the connection a bit dirty and charged me for cleaning the cable and connection.
