Travis and his staff of installers are top notch. I needed new networks for a VoIP phone system in our offices in Springfield and Joplin. The day they were doing the Springfield office we had a deposition run very long and they worked around my staff and needs. The installations are perfect and everything came up with no issues. Travis is a bit of a perfectionist and it shows in the details of their work The cabling is neat, well arranged and labeled for easy use, they clean up after themselves and leave the office as you would expect it to be. I have used Acis for several projects over the years and every one has been done in a very respectful and professional manner. Nothing but the utmost respect for Travis and his staff. I will always use them for any future needs we have.

Travis and the staff at Acis Computers have been managing our domain registration for years. As the default IT department of a large and growing church, I have always appreciated their courtesy and excellent customer service as much as their expertise in handling all things related to our online presence. Even though we are a relatively small client and right now only take advantage of a small portion of the services Acis provides, they never treat me as small or unimportant. I was so impressed by the way they recently solved a issue with the churchs change of website hosts, I have decided to move all our email hosting to Acis. Although many online hosting providers advertise one-stop-shop services, nothing beats having a real, live specialist in your corner!

My precious gaming desktop took a dive. Literally. Right off a desk. I thought it fried my mother board, no boot screen or anything. 10,000 calls in, and nobody In this town carries motherboards. Wow really? I thought I had the problem figured out. All signs pointed to the MB right? To be certain, I stopped by Acis and they were quick and attentive to what my problem was. I brought Sally back, and within 5 minutes he had it fixed! A CPU cable came lose towards the back of the PSU! And he didnt charge a thing. Best customer service around! Extremely knowledgeable.

The thing I appreciate about Travis is that he is a business owner himself and couldnt be more in tune with those of us who own or operate small business. I really like this company. I had a problem with my mouse pad on my computer. I called the store and was given help over the phone. Even though I was not at the store. This didnt work. So I took my computer to the store. I was very pleased. I live in Lebanon and they were able to get my computer fixed in an afternoon. Which saved money and time. They also did as a extra service, a malware scan and updates. My computer runs better then when it was new.

Most computer issues in our office are emergencies because we rely on our computers for patient care. Travis always takes care of us. Not only are they incredible people, but also are very affordable unlike many of the corporate computer service companies.

They are always helpful over the phone, and that often solves the issue. They will mess around for a while on a simple project and forget to charge, or refuse to charge. They once handled my HP which was still under warranty and got all the fixes taken care of because they have so much experience with HP. They upgraded and cleaned up my sweet IMac from 2009, and Ive milked it for a whole year!

Its nice to find someone who knows that you gain customers by having good business ethic and being fair and helpful instead of just charging 85$ for one hour when its something i could have handled myself.
