Wow!!!! I was totally impressed and amazed with the INTEGRITY and promtness with Alex at PC Tech. I came in on a Saturday close to closing, and he didnt rush me out or hurry me up. He explained the issues I was having with my MacBook Pro and with no hesitation he explained the process and what it needed to get up and running at optimum again!!! He called me a couple hours later and said "your computer is done, can you come get it, I wont be at shop on Monday and I want you to have it before I leave". What.....?who does that? Stays late and gets my machine up and running in lightning speed!!! ALEX AT PC TECH, thats who. Oh and the prices were cheaper than I had intended and what I know big box stores to be. Alex greeted me with Great service!!!, kindness, Great products, and Flash Gordon like speed with the repair. I will surely go back to ALEX PC TECH with any of my tech needs in the future, and I promise, you wont be dissapootend or dissatisfied. When I came to pick up my machine, he walked me through the entire back up process and explained his work again and Stayed with me in his shop till I was comfortable to continue the back up and retrieval of all my goodies I had on my machine. He didnt push unnecessary software or hardware. Just sold me what was needed. Alex at PC TECH went through the cost and what everything including his labor was going to be upfront. There were no added fees misc. charges. ALEX PC TECH is another small business that renews my faith in mankind. Alex didnt hustle, lie, cheat, scam, upsale, overcharge, or swindle me. All class. Alex PC Tech is owned and operated by a delightful gentleman whose name I will omit for his privacy. He has worked on two of my computers and is always my first call. My reason for writing this review is that he went above and beyond the call of duty to provide a satisfying customer experience for me. He charged me nothing extra for an image copy task that should have taken 1-2 hours and ended up taking 12 or more. It seems that neither of us knew that my C: drive was failing. But when he ran the image copy, the software failed, creating massive problems. When I heard that he worked late on a Thursday and Friday and 4 hours before opening on Saturday, to resolve the problem, I bought him some flowers and thanked him, and he told me that this gift "made his day". When you come for service you will see the store full of accessories and equipment of reasonably good quality and very good pricing. Like a shopkeeper in Europe, he will try to recommend additional purchases with enthusiasm and gentleness. You cant help but like this affable, intelligent man. I have come to enjoy his company over the years and he always greets me with a "hey buddy, how are you doing?" You wont be disappointed, should you go to see him. He knows he must work hard to get and keep your business.

I stumbled onto Alex PC tech when the "geek Squad" @ Best Buy recommened the place to me because they could not find ot what was wrong with the Sony Vaio that Id purchased from them less than a year before. What a great find. That was 7 or 8 years ago. Since then, Gino has built computers for my husband, son, several friends, and upragded mine, or cleaned mine up when Id filled it with unnecessary and unwanted crap. Id never take any computer anwhere else, period. This man is trustworthy, truly skilled at all things computer related, his pricing is more than fair, and hes loyal to his customers. I value both his knowledge and his friendship, and have complete faith in his advice. Often he will talk me out of something that I think I "need" finding a more economical solution, or just explaining why something wont work. To say Im pleased with Alex PC tech is an understatement. I highly recommend him to eveyone who needs help with their computer. peggy

Ive been going to Alex PC for years with the help of my computers but recently they out did themselves. Because of problems with my wifes computer and Windows 10 updates, she decided to have them build a new PC for her. After I reviewed the specs , because she was using it for business , I decided that she needed more machine with more core and exchanged the hard drive for a SSD drive. She now has a I7 (4/8) core at 3.6 GHz and Windows 10 professional. And no more Windows 10 problems. With a nice 23 in monitor. Its a Dell pro machine. And man is it fast. Well, after seeing hers , I turned around and had them build me the same machine but I wound up with a newer model with a smaller footprint. Mine has a few upgrades, you know! And its fast too, just the way I like it and need it. They are very , very knowledgeable and I learn something new each time I go in, and Ive been in the computer field for a very long time.

I have been into the shop a couple times for advice of a variety of subjects. Today I had the task of trying to get my dads PC updated to the latest Windows. Turns out it required more then a general knowledge of computers to get the job done. Made a call to the shop and the owner told me to bring it down. Upon evaluating the PC, he advised me that it wouldnt be worth it the reasonable amount to update as the computer didnt have much life left. Instead, the owner set my dad up with a great new PC and spent all day to make sure all of my dads data was backed up and transferred over to the new PC. I dropped it off mid morning and had it back by early evening. I highly recommend Alex PC Tech. These fine gentlemen arent into it to make a huge profit. Theyre very reasonable and make sure you walk out satisfied with the job well done. Ill be going back for all my future computer needs without a doubt!

I was in search of a new 2 in 1 tablet/computer. I had done my internet research and was ready to gather data in person from sales representatives at a few retailers. My first stop was Alex PC Computers and it ended up to also be my last stop. Gino and Aaron were above scale in customer service. They both stopped their work immediately to address my questions. Gino was particularly informative in giving pros and cons to various options. He asked probing questions and helped me select a 2 in 1 well within in my budget and below competitor prices. He personalized some options for me on the device to save me the effort of doing it at home. I was extremely well taken care of and am currently very pleased typing this review on my new 2 in 1. I will return to Alex PC Computers for future needs.

Wow! Great work and great service! He fixed our computer within an hour or so... stayed late to do it quickly for us. He answered questions we had about another computer even though he knew we may not bring that one in to him for service. AND was kind enough to take a coupon that I had but couldnt get to pop up on my tablet. He went above what he had to do to help us, and for an excellent price. For his time and parts he charged us just what a diagnostic would have cost somewhere else! Thanks to his speedy service my extremely pregnant sister can still work from home in the morning instead of having to go in and use a company computer at 4am in the freezing cold(-10 tomorrow Minnesota! )Thank you Alex!
