I hate to write such a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so with my recent experience. I had a cracked screen that I needed to get fixed and I went to the CPR shop in Bloomington. They charged me $150 for the fix. Three days after my screen was fixed, I put my phone in my mouth for no more than 20 seconds and it shattered. The issues didnt stop there. Shortly after the screen cracked, I slowly started to lose the ability to use my phone at all. First, I couldnt use certain letters when texting, then I couldnt answer calls, and before the end of the day my phone wouldnt work at all. Id like to note that I used my original cracked screen for at least a month before getting it fixed and it never lost functionality. I went back to the CPR shop to see if they would fix my phone. I was met with a "discount price" and they would fix it for $109. They dont stand behind their service or work. I went to the apple store and was told they put cheap glass on the screen, which resulted in the crack and loss of phone functionality altogether. Bottom line, it comes down to customer service. Save yourself the time, money and headache and do not go to CPR for cell phone repairs. Find another shop that uses quality product and will stand behind their work.

This was my third time at CRP in Bloomington. I had a cracked screen fixed in Dec. 2015 and the repair did something wonky with the multi toggle button so the fixed that for free last month. On Sunday without and dropping or any other action by me the phone cracked near the listening piece. They decided that I must have accidently did this so the warranty didnt cover this damage. I had to pay around $210 (about the same as first time) labor and a screen protector was comped. The work and parts seem to be of a better quality than the first time but of course I was bummed I had to pay for a repair that should have been covered by the warranty. 5 stars for the work 1 star for them not believing that I had nothing to do with the screen cracking 6/2=3 I recommend CRP for people that dont have phone insurance. If you crack your screen only once in the first 2 years, it probably is more cost effective to have it repaired by CRP then paying a deductible and 24 months of insurance fees. If it cracks twice, not so much. Heres hoping the Moto shattershield will be more available in the future on more phones.

I brought a phone in to repair the camera lens & glass. They explained the risks upfront so we understood before the work was done. They did such a great job none of the "hazards" they mentioned ocurred. A few days later there were a few more issues. They professionally handled each phone call and email communication. When we brought the phone back in they stood behind their work and corrected the issue at no charge. I will definately recommend and use them in the future. Thanks Ross!

I was having charging issues with my iPhone 6S. I stopped by and spoke with Calvin as I was 100% sure I needed a new charger port. After speaking with him for 20 seconds, he pulled the lint out of the port, and works just like new!! He could have charged for the new port, and I would have paid immediately, however he took a few minutes to ask, and do the right thing! I will be back without doubt if my devices ever need repair. I highly recommend!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my phone for repair at 10:00am when the store opens. I waited nearly an hour with a group of other customers and nobody came to open the store. We finally all gave up on waiting and decided to leave around 10:45am. This was my first experience with CPR and I dont plan on ever going back.

My tech was very busy but stayed with me long enough to accurately diagnose my problem. Very honest about the similarity between one fix and a pricier option. (I went with the pricier option anyway.) Gave me a time estimate and hit it right on the button. Patiently showed me how to use a confusing feature. Very satisfied.

Called to ask if they sell any parts and was transferred to the Manager Joel who said that they dont sell parts and was hung up on. Didnt even get a chance to talk about my issues. I have had a cell phone screen replaced there but wont ever do any business there again.

Not worth it. I had to go back 3 or 4 times because they ordered the wrong part, fixed my camera lens with dust inside it, and had to go for the normal "fix my phone." I also had settings on my phone changed when I got it back the first time...

My phone screen was completely shattered and had weak spots in the careen where it didnt work. After and hour of them fixing my phone I had a brand new screen with no weak spots. My phone works perfectly now

Cheap replacement products. Tempered glass broke within 24 hours. Screen broke within a month. Clearly not Gorilla Glass. Just stick with a manufacturer repair if you want it done right.
