It was awesome! I went in to get my laptop fixed because my screen was only showing a black screen for the whole day. after I had turned it in... the next day I realized I had a warranty. so I decided to get my computer back. I told them that I would still pay the diagnostic fee since they held it for a day but they didnt make me pay it. After, as I was getting ready to take it to best buy to get a new computer, suddenly my laptop started working again. I called them to see if they had actually done something on it before I picked it up. they said that they ran a diagnostic test on it so the only physical thing they did was take it apart and put it back together. The guy said it could have had a bad connection with something and when they put it back together it fixed the problem. So... basically I got my laptop fixed for free :) they had great customer service and they know what they are doing.

I took my computer here because it was crashing, and was told theyd look at it and get back to me tomorrow. They never got back to me, and every day for about 3 weeks Id call up and theyd tell me itd be ready tomorrow. It was never fixed and eventually they told me "oh yeah, there isnt anything we can do to fix your computer." Going here is a complete waste of time, I dont understand how they are still in business.
