Terrible! Never have I waited so long just to hear back from a repair shop about what was wrong... It took these guys over two weeks to get back to me after I dropped my laptop off because it wouldnt boot up. Two weeks just to tell me that my battery and charging adapter was bad! And then they tried to sell me one of both at an outrageous price. Well I took my laptop back and went online and ordered exactly what they offered me at a fraction of their pricing! Will never go back and will recommend everyone stays away from these guys!

I would not do Business with these men. I brought in a computer, they couldnt even turn it on and charged full service fee of $50 for nothing. I complained to BBB and for that I am 86d from their store! They lied and said I was abusive to them and yelling (I did no such thing). Only words were "Why am I paying when you did nothing!"
