If you have computer problems, like a crash or a virus, and you hope it can be fixed, or your data can be recovered, this is a good place to go. If you want a great computer with some basic software on it, this is a good place to go. If you want to custom build a computer, this is a good place to go. If you want to recommend a place to a friend, this is a good place to recommend. If you are expecting miracles, and you dont get one, realize youre not in church, theres no one else that can do anymore for you out there, and come to terms with that. I have brought many computers and drives to this business over the past 8 years. In most, not all, cases, they were able to salvage my data and/or fix my computers. Prior to these guys, I went to Computer Renaissance in Maple Grove. They charged more and did not succeed as often as CSC. The service at CSC is efficient. The people are not rude. The atmosphere is that of a mechanics garage where people have a lot of work to do and dont always have time to have a cup of coffee with you. If its slow, they will. If theyre busy, dont take it personally. I laugh when I read some of these derogatory posts, because I can see frustration coming out. This usually occurs when people have lost data (Ive been there) that just cant be recovered without using an expensive ($1,000s) "clean room" technique. However, TO DRAG A SMALL COMPUTER SHOP THROUGH THE MUD IN A PUBLIC FORUM LIKE GOOGLE AS SOME KIND OF "PAY BACK" IN YOUR PROCESS OF YOUR GRIEVING OVER LOST PICTURES OF LOVED ONES OR CRITICAL WORK INFORMATION THAT WAS LOST (BY NO ONES FAULT OTHER THAN YOUR OWN) IS SIMPLY NOT FAIR! THE PEOPLE AT CSC ARE NICE, THEIR PRICES ARE SUPER CHEAP, THEY STAND BEHIND THE STUFF THEY SELL YOU, AND THEY WILL "TRY" THEIR BEST TO HELP YOU. What more do you want? If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. I am a legitimate customer of this store and a loyal one at that.

I use a Panasonic Toughbook for my mobile business. This is a specialized device that I was skeptical could be handled by a local repair facility. I was surprised to find that a local place (practically in my back yard) not only knew what a Toughbook was, but had many years of Toughbook fleet experience under their belts. But this was only the beginning, the guys jumped right on it and didnt stop until the problem was solved (and this was no easy problem!). They made it look easy and never once tried to take the easy way out and just over quote the repair to get me out of there. They followed a logical flow of diagnosis and arrived at the correct conclusion. No stone was left unturned. As I sat there watching them hustling to get me back up and running, I asked myself a question "am I treating my customers this well?".

Horrible service. Went in the store looking for a 15-Pin SATA Male to 4 Pin IDE Female cable. The guy had no idea what I was even talking about and tried to tell me "well the cable doesnt even exist." He then after I told him Ive seen them on Newegg he went to "the back" dug around in some box for five minutes before bringing out two cables that did not even relate to what I was looking for. Waste of time on my part even going to this place looking for the cable I was needing. No wonder why this place looks like a ghost town every time I pass by it. Also his prices on his used PCs are a joke. You can buy a new system for just as much if not less then what he is charging.

I wish I could give zero stars. We brought our tablet in with the keyboard and brand new charger over two months ago. I called several times just to get a full inbox for voice mail. I finally got through and found out that the tablet is non repairable.i said I was coming in to pick it up. When I got there the motherboard was still disconnected everywhere. The back of it and screws were missing and so were the keyboard and charger. Somehow he didnt have his techs cell phone number which I assume was a lie. I told him he has one day to find everything. If he cant find them Im going to get law enforcement involved. This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Exceeded Expectations When dealing with computer repair my expectations for service are rarely met, let alone exceeded. The folks at Computer Service Center recovered data from a busted hard drive and it put back on my computer as if the drive never died. They did this at almost half the quoted price another well known repair shops. The technical staff was patient and eager to answer questions. Overall they transformed a bad situation into one that was pleasent. This was more than I expected.

Dropped off a 2 computers, both purchased from this facility. One computer no longer booted up and the other one was slow. I had both of them back that afternoon fixed. I had to have the Operating system reloaded on one and the other had a bad hard drive which they repalced. Both computers are running great!!!!! Thanks for being such a great repair facility!!!!! Highly recommend to others

They have had my computer repairing a broken screen for 6 months. If i could rate 1/8th of a star I would. You will regret every moment dealing with them. We have tried to get a hold of Brian once a week for the past 3 months without success. Every time we call the other employees will tell us they know nothing about our computer and someone will call us back. This is a lie.

Everyone makes mistakes. Some blame others for their issues. The Computer Service Center has helped our church as well as our own family. They seems to know how to do most stuff and have some good deals for previously utilized equipment. They are polite, affordable and have done the job for us! (nobody gets 5 stars)

Terrible service and no follow through. Dropped my desktop off for a 3-5 day fix and 4 weeks later it was finally ready but only because I kept calling and bugging them. Technician never called me only the receptionist girl who didnt know any details about the problem. Not impressed and wont be back.

Brian executed a complicated repair on my Samsung laptop. He stuck with the standard $129 + parts price, even though it was not a money maker for them. He was pleasant to deal with and the work was spot on. The only reason I rate the quality as Very Good instead of Excellent is that it took a month.

They have moved, now off of the hwy 65 service road next to the Aldi grocery store, not sure of the address, just stopped in there the other night. Phone number is the same, you can call them for their current address.
