Extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience in the field. They also did a great job on my phone repairs. Fast service and works like new. It obvious the employees really enjoy their job and helping customers. Good job guys keep it up as the best electronics service in Shreveport/Bossier and probably beyond.

When I brought my Note 5 into BITS, it was pretty much a paperweight. KJ was super friendly and gave me an affordable quote which I immediately agreed to, and was extremely quick about repairing my phone. The screen is more responsive than I ever remember it being. I would rate this place 10/5 if I could. Top notch customer service and workmanship, I will be using them for all my computer and phone repair needs!

Went to B.I.T.S PC Repair today to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced . Very friendly customer service and fast replacement. Got my phone back in 30 min looking brand new and working great!!!!!! Price was also right for screen replacement . Yay Hopefully I learned my lesson and never break a phone screen again, but if I do, Im definitely going back to B.I.T.S. Highly recommend this place !!!

My 5 years old iMac has numerous big problems, so I take it to BITS. I am totally expected to be informed that it is beyond repair and just replace it with a new one. To my amazement, BITS fixes all problems and upgrades it! Currently, my iMac looks, feels and functions like brand new. I am so (so so so) happy with BITS, awesome!
