My mac wasnt working, so I took it in. This guy was no help, although he was new. He was an ass. I simply just said, "I hope everything isnt gone." He said right away, "oh everythings gone." Kind of pissed me off how he said it. Long story short, everything is still on my computer, it was something else. He was horrible - not knowledgeable or friendly. Geek squad is never usually helpful for me anyways (at least Ames Best Buy). They just want your money.
