After my phone met some snicker salad over the holiday weekend, I wasnt able to hear anyone on my phone when they called. I took it to two Verizon stores and they did next to nothing to help me. I then went over to CPR and the guy (Jake) took my phone apart, and got the speaker completely cleaned out in a few minutes! Once he put it back together & powered it up, making sure the speaker was functioning correctly, he realized right away some cleaner had also gotten in my screen. He promptly apologized, and offered to replace my screen free of charge. The estimated repair time of 20 minutes only took about 5 minutes which was awesome. He also didnt charge me for the cleaning/screen replacement, which was really nice! (Especially considering I have an iphone 5s..getting old & junky anyways!) In the following days, my screen didnt seem to be functioning properly. So I stopped back in and Jake explained that because of the ways they have to get Apple equipment, sometimes they end up with not the best items. He let me know that the problems could be due to the replaced screen, or perhaps the snicker salad was more intense than first thought. 45 minutes I had a new screen and it was functioning great, once again no charge! I so appreciate the prompt, courteous & helpful service I received here! Thank You!

I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I have a iPhone 5 that I brought in twice with a cracked screen. I paid about $260 total to replace the screen two different times to CPR. Both times I got my phone screen replaced, my phone was bent a bit, which happened prior to bringing it to CPR. They never told me there would be any issue with it. The second time I had cracked my screen I brought in my phone to get fixed there, their quality of work wasnt great and my phone started ghost texting eventually leading to the screen not working which I called them about. They said it would be covered under warranty, but then later came to say because the screen was bent and now not lighting up they couldnt fix it under warranty. I kid you not, they fixed my crack screen twice with a bent phone, never a problem prior... With the promise of a screen lifetime warranty. Truly, truly I recommend you find somewhere else to replace your screen or fix you phone. I supported them and when it was time to do the right thing for me, they didnt. They are an extremely transactional company looking for the quick cash deal instead of what is the right thing to do. STAY AWAY!

I needed my shattered iPhone screen fixed fast. Brought to them, and as advertised, they got the screen replaced within about an hour. After leaving, I noticed the glass seemed a little loose. Also, I was not able to see the screen in the "portrait" orientation when wearing my polarized sunglasses. It just appeared as a black screen. Never had that issue with the original screen. Took the phone back to CPR, explained to rep Sierra, these issues and they replaced it at no additional charge, this time using the Apple licensed glass. (Sierra went above and beyond by contacting several CPR store managers at various locations and inquiring about their experiences with polarized sunglasses and screen viewing issue such as mine, as well as getting my the Apple glass, covered under warranty). Fit is good this time, and I can see the screen held in any direction, even with my sunglasses on. Thanks CPR! I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I had a cracked screen and while they did replace the screen ($270) they didnt do a very good job. The screen wouldnt stay on (bad adhesive) and the camera didnt work. It was the end of the day so I agreed to bring the phone back another day to have the camera re-attached. The phone worked fine for a few days before I was able to get it back. Well, while trying to get the camera to work my phone suddenly wouldnt stay booted anymore (funny, it worked fine for a few days). They didnt refund my money for the screen due to their negligence both times they touched it. GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of other reputable repair places that perform quality work and stand by their repairs.

My husband was killed in a motorcycle/semi accident on July 19. We have a 4 year old son. When I received his things back, I noticed his phone was blinking, but the screen was cracked and black. Hoping I would be able to recover some of his pictures, videos, and other memories, I brought it into the Eden Prairie CPR at the suggestion of Verizon. Angel helped me. I told him cost wasnt an issue; Id pay anything to have my husbands memories preserved. He called me two days later and let me know the phone had been fixed. He was amazing---compassionate, caring, and I knew he had gone out of his way to get the phone back to us. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Not impressed at all. For one cost me a hundred ninety dollars for a new screen to be replaced on my g2. Customer before me and me both had problems with screen protector edges not attaching. On top of it now I see something behind my screen blocking facing camera. I guess from now on Ill just have to go to my provider and start from scratch on a new phone. The only thing I really liked about the place was they were easily comprehendible of my unlock code which is very complicated. Even then they need me to do it for them, in order to do 12 point check.

Poor material, poor customer service. I felt like I was getting a repair from a kid in his basement using cheap ebay parts. Paid top dollar for junk! Had to have phone fixed 3 times due to defective screen and poor workmanship and their screen protectors dont last a weekin your pocket. Was a hassle dealing with the manager pretending she was doing me a favor fixing their screw ups, and dont plan on getting a phone call when your parts are in better wait almost a month to call them saying there was a mix up. Good luck with these people.

Went to Mexico and came back with a non-working phone due to water damage. Did have to buy new phone at Verizon - they told me the pics were not saved to the cloud and all 1400 were lost. Left devastated and down $700! Noticed CPR next door so walked in and talked to Angel. No promises and it was $60 to try. Whats another $60? He took both my old and new phone and within 48 hours I had all 1400 pics back along with all contacts and apps. Im so grateful! Highly recommend Angel and CPR in EP!

My iPhone 6 stopped charging so I went to youtube to see if I could fix it myself. Watched the video, tried to get all the lint out of the charging port but it still would charge. I called CPR and got an estimate to replace the charging port if that was the problem. I took it in, he looked at it, extracted a bunch more lint and the phone charged but he didnt. This is the kind of service that deserves to be rewarded. If I have problems with my phone in the future, I am taking it to CPR.
