My laptop overheated many times and eventually the video card broke/destroyed itself and I was at an extreme loss. I had finals coming up and I had a project on my laptop that was VERY important (and Im extremely protective of my laptop). I could have had the data taken off manually but I decided to just get it fixed. The laptop specialist expedited for 50% more I think and worked on my laptop all Saturday night. The next day it was ready to be picked up. Normally they said it would have taken a few days. I got the laptop back sparkling clean with the keys cleaned and the screen free of my finger prints. I was very impressed. When my speakers stopped working I had no doubt in my mind I would come back to them to fix it, and they fixed it the day that I turned it in. Great customer service, great people, and great prices. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a computer or laptop fixed. 5 stars all the way.

Looked up a local computer repair service and found Accessory CSC. The owner is extreamly pleasant and knowledgeable. We knew the issue (I downloaded a virus) and he offered the most cost effective option for fixing the issue. It did take about a week but I didnt need the computer back really quickly even though there is an expedited option for a fee, and so far my computer is in good repair. The owner also was very thorough in educating me about how to proceed with new downloads, updates and so on. If I have any other computer issues I will be going back :)

Accessory Computer and John, the owner, are just the best, whether purchasing a quality refurbished computer or having any repair work done. After needing to replace a laptop quickly, John had a refurbished machine that was in top working order for a great price. He took the time to go over it with me, show me features on the machine, and explain his services. I wont take my computer anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend him and Accessory to anyone! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service that John provided. He was willing to work on my older lap top and even took the time to make sure that my antivirus, chrome and windows were up to date. I have used Accessory Computer several times and have had excellent service as well as support on how to keep my laptop in good running order!! John is fantastic and was very detail in finding the problem as well as fixing it . My laptop is in tip top shape and I dont have to buy a new one!!

Was kind, considerate, hard working, and tried to keep the price as low as he could for me. I thought the price would be higher from past experiences of getting my computers fixed but was rather cheap. Great service would recommend to everybody.
