Steve is what I call "Mr. Reliable". Always available in a pinch and always finds the right answer, even when the issue takes some creativity. Im our companys IT guy, and our most recent issue had me scratching my head for a couple of weeks. Steve came out, spent the time and made sure everything was working smoothly before he left. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still running right. Steves been a trusted vendor of ours for years, and we plan on continuing to do business with him for the foreseeable future.

Steve did an awesome job! My 16 yr old son wanted to build his own computer, but got stuck in the final steps. My husband dropped the computer off and Steve had it fixed right away, was excited to talk to my son about the decisions he had made in picking his parts and gave us some great tips. He also had flipped a few pieces to a better direction and wrapped things up nice and tidy! We will use him again!! Thanks for a good price, fast work and easy solutions!

Theres nothing more frustrating than when the most important tool in my life go out! I was in a rush, out of time and Steve really made me feel like he cared, was listening, but most importantly he fixed the problem. My laptop has never worked better! Steve has helped me several times over the years, with jobs ranging from setting up my Exchange Server to installing a BlackBerry Enterprise Server to correcting glitches where a wireless router reset itself and confused several networked computers by interfering with the pre-established setup. He gets the job done at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended. He will be helping me again in the near future when a new server arrives for the business..

Dealing with Steve was great. I had a driver issue related to a Windows 10 upgrade. Even though a correct video driver had not been released, Steve correctly identified the issue as the video driver and luckily an updated driver was released while he had the laptop in his shop so now my issue is fixed. At the end of the day Steve offers a personable & excellent service at reasonable a price.

His service was very timely and much more reasonably priced than other places I had checked out. He was also able to remotely fix my loss of sound, again in a timely manner. Fix My Busted Computer was great! I had a problem with my computers keyboard connection which was causing problems for both my work and school. Steve was able to help me with the issue and he showed me what he did so that if the problem came up again I could attempt to fix it myself. Every computer problem I have had they resolved quickly and with patience. I have had a laptop crash and they set me up with the new one and I didnt loose my information because the harddrive still was good. They let me know about things coming up that will affect my older computer so that I have time to figure out what i want to do. Bottom line I wouldnt go to anyone else!!!!!

Fix My Busted Computer immediately looked at it, determined what was wrong, and gave me excellent advice on my options, including not bothering to repair the DVD drive but to look at another computer purchase.
