My old Dell laptop was constantly crashing so I called PC Maid, she ran some tests and after a couple hours she called me back with a detailed diagnosis of what was wrong. Rather than letting me spend a lot of money repairing my computer, she said based on its age and cost to repair I was better off buying new. I knew it was time but was hesitant to try and move all my files and try to set up a new one. She did it all for me! She took my new laptop while still in the box and my old one. She moved all my files over, set it all up, all I had to do was turn it on and there was my old desktop background and files but on a new faster pc. Saved me hours of trying to do it myself. Great business, I will always use PC maid from now on.

I would like to extend a sincere thank you for the work you did on my computer on Wednesday night. As you know, I was in Rochester for a food show when my computer crashed because of a Microsoft update. I expected that I might be without my machine for the entire show and was desperate to get it repaired. Rather than to take the machine to the Geek Squad, I was referred to you. Not only did you drive over to pick up my machine during one of the worst snow storms I can remember, you delivered it to the restaurant that we were dining at later that night. Your rates were much better than Geek squad quoted and your customer service is some of the best that I have ever experienced. Thank you for doing such a fine job!

A PC-MAID took my blue screen of death and gave me back a computer that runs beautifully - not a single file lost, and all done in less than 48 hours. Her price was very fair and customer service is exceptional. Prompt, thorough, patient and not at all intimidating (which can be the case for someone like me, who knows nothing about computers!). What a relief to find such a great, trustworthy resource. I was prepared for a headache when I started calling around to fix my computer, but she made it totally painless. Thanks so much!! If you need computer repair in Rochester, call the pc maid. I had a term paper I needed done and my laptop decided that wasnt going to happen. I turned it on and it gave some weird message and that was it. I called pc maid after reading a few online reviews. She said she would help me right away, she took in my laptop and within hours she called me back with the exact cost to repair and said she would do her best to recover my paper. One week later I had my laptop back with a new hard drive AND my term paper!

I had picked up a virus for the first time when I let my antivirus subscription lapse. It pretty much made my computer inoperable with big warning messages popping up on my screen. I called PC Maid to take care of it. I expected the worst. It turned out she removed the virus with no data loss. Her service was great. It was done fast and she made my computer run faster too. I felt good about the experience and will definitely recommend PC Maid to people I know.

Fast and professional computer repair that doesnt cost you a fortune. She is patient, helpful, and seems to genuinely care that you understand everything. I have used her several times in the past and always have been pleased with her service. This last time I had a nasty virus infection, she removed it without losing any of my files, plus I had my laptop back in a day. I wouldnt trust my computers with anyone else.

Elinor from PC Maid is great!! She is extremely reasonable in price and has fast turn around...I never have to wait more than a day to get my laptop back unless she has to order parts. Today I was trying to hook up my new wireless router and could not get it. I called Elinor and she did everything she could to help me out over the phone. :-) I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of computer repair/help!!

I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 this week. What a nightmare. After the install it restarted to a black screen and stayed there, nothing. I tried every trick on the web to fix it but finally gave up. I am starting school next week and have documents I had to get to, fearing the worst I called PC Maid. She took my laptop in right away and straightened it all out in a day. Great service, rates and turnaround time.

The sound control on my new laptop stopped working so I downloaded a driver and then the computer went completely black.I tried every suggestion on the internet but everything failed.I even tried a complete reset.PC Maid got it repaired for me by the next day and its clean of all the extra annoying programs that came with it and it runs excellent. Best computer repair experience ever! Hard drive died and she recovered all of my files. Even internet bookmarks! I know that cant always happen, but she called me with the results within a few hours of drop off. Such a relief. Replaced the hard drive and I was up and running before the weekend. Just call and set up a drop off time. Very convenient. Support this local business!

She does great work and treats you like a human being. No regrets. Office stopped letting me save or edit anything. It turned out it had inactivated itself somehow. I got on the phone with Microsoft and they wanted to erase my whole laptop. I called the PC Maid and she fixed it without losing anything. What a relief. Prices for her services are more than fair.

This lady is wonderful. I contacted her via email one night. Has a response back pretty quickly. Dropped the computer off with her at 2:00 p.m., and by 6:30 p.m., she called me with the results. She was very honest and upfront about the problem and what I needed to do. I would definitely use her again.
