Speed has been issue. Regardless i pay $79.99 and have service with them over 6 years. Was having dvr issue they sent technician who was here for less than 5 min and billed me $104. Never informed me there is going to be a charge for it i have camera guy who would charge high end $45. I told them i will take care of the charge but will be disconnecting service as soon as i find another one. They never gave me credit whenever they had issuues with their service. Being long time customer they could have taken care of me.

I pay a lot every month for fast internet service. Every night between 8:00pm and 10:00pm we have issues with speed. I have been calling them a lot and have not gotten any results to this issue. There tech support only is available before 7:00pm, and all my issues are after support is closed. I have told them that I am not available to talk to them until 1:00 pm but they call and dont leave a message early am. How ever when thinks are working this is a great company. Very friendly.

There has been an issue in the Vilonia area for the last couple weeks that they just cant seem to fix, and if they can and just havent they havent posted any reason as to why they havent fix it. My internet has over the last few weeks been slowly dying, and Im getting tired of when Im in the middle of watching a movie, it just stops working. Hopefully they see this, and fix whatever the issue is. But when they have their stuff together, the service isnt bad.

I would recommend this internet company to anyone . They are amazing . I have their wireless service and I never had any issues in the last 3 years that I have been with them . I have a teenager who is a gamer and I am an extreme user of Netflix. With unlimited data I always know what my bill will be. The staff is always so nice and professional as well . HIGHLY recommend.

Lakehouse in Greers Ferry, no cable or DSL available. Neighbor told us about TCW, and they were there with wireless internet for us. Been a customer since 2012, still using original equipment. Only 1 service call, a few years ago, and they had us back online in minutes, with friendly service.

Have had none stop problems with Tc work now for a year. Its the only high speed internet service in my area but it barely works at partial speed at the best of times. Have been having an issue now for over a week with my net and have called tc works to no end and it is still not resolved.

I live in the River Plantation just outside of the Mayflower city limits. DSL service didnt make it all the way into my neighborhood. The Computer Works was able to get high speed internet to my home wirelessly. I love the service and the more personal approach to customer service.

We live in Mayflower and had no internet available in our area. The Computer Works came in and we have unlimited internet with no problems. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers.

Terrible quality internet and provider, plain and simple. My speeds are no where near what I pay for at almost all times, connectivity issues are a constant, and it just goes down at times (like right now, completely down).

Here it is the weekend again without internet service. I pay ~$65.00 a month for wireless internet service that is not dependable. Very frustrated to say the lest. Not able to contact anyone at the Conway, AR office.

I am a gamer i play a lot but i cant play when the internet it down Sunday without fail and if someone else is on the internet i cant even move in the game dont buy from this provider

Absolutely love our internet and service! We pay $39.95 (tax included) for 2Mbps down with no cap on bandwidth per mo. This is much better than anything else offered in our area.

Your internet service is trash, barely can play any games with ping, the ping is mostly over 1000 everyday, only works at night. Do not buy
