I am a business owner and my wife is a department manager as a business and both have computer repair and IT needs. We found True Tech some years ago when my son attending the University of Iowa needed a used computer and I needed repair of a PC. Tyson and his company did a fantastic job earning our business to this day as loyal customers as he provided extremely good customer service and product at a very reasonable price with very good quality. He is a problem solver who adds a great deal of value to all he touched with us and that is why I am taking the time to write this review and extol the virtue of this business. For folks like me who dread the GEEK Squad mentality of $100 to look at the PC as well as unknowns of the "others" I am thrilled to have what I consider a resource for my business PC and small business IT requirements.

That man knows what hes doing. Took him 15 minutes to disassemble my laptop and replace the LCD panel. He made sure the reassembly was clean and spot on and his prices cant be matched elsewhere.
